They are super people. They came over one time and he spends like 45 minutes there fixing this furnace before he replaced it and he didn't charge that is above and beyond. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation.

They did a workman like job and they were okay. The system worked and I was happy with it when they put it in. They did pretty well. I don't remember what the service cost. They are young guys. Roger, the dad, started the business. His son Freddie has taken it over. Since Freddie is very sharp, he studies it. I don't know if the business is run the way the dad ran it. The dad is still involved in the business. I got a couple of estimates and I had done my own research. I have a degree in engineering. The size of the systems they were quoting to me matched what I had researched and calculated on my own, so I thought they were reasonable. Their price was competitive so it was good and it was what I was willing to pay. I would probably consider using them in the future again. There was another company that looked at my 30-year-old furnace and said they could put one that size, but it was way oversized.

We got quotes from several companies and decided to go with RH cause they had one of the best overall deals and Fred made us feel at ease. He kept us updated on the progress and made sure we understood everything.

Our house has a two furnace set-up. First furnace would run regardless if needed or not whenever the second furnace would run. Second furnace when running always produced cold air and our house was never warm, heating bills were climbing. Second furnace also had defective heat exchanger. Called R&H as well as others to review this situation. R&H offered the best price, not the lowest, but offered a solid approach in resolving these problems. Furnaces were replaced in a prompt manner. R&H also made sure all applicable rebates were filed with manufacturers and local utility. Rebates received as promised, workmanship was superior, always on time, cleanup top notch, furnaces are working properly and my heating costs have dropped more than expected.

Our air conditioner kept icing up and it was leaking into the basement. It looked like it was leaking out of the furnace. They were out here in a couple of hours. They recognized the problem right away and repaired it at a very reasonable price. I like that they convey honesty and seem to have the expertise in what they do. It is not just guess work for them and they get right to work.
