As far as I am concerned, they repaired the roof. I didn't get up on the roof to see what kind of quality work that they done. But once they got finished doing the work, I didn't got anything in writing saying that the work was completed. How long was the guarantee was on the work or anything and I paid them over $10,000. And all I ask for that company was a receipt stating that they were paid in full so I could use the receipt whether they had a warranty with it or not. To show my insurance company that the work was completed, and to use on this year or last year 2023 taxes returns. That was the only thing that I requested from that company. And I made several attempts to get a receipt. And to this day, I still haven't received it. All I have was a lot of texts from that company stating that they don't have time to print out me a receipt because they do a work for other people. And I think that's kind of shady practice.
