 + -1 moreGood work done by good people! My new roof looks great! Entire job was done by the owner and his brother. They started on Monday with the tear-off and were done and gone by Thursday afternoon. No mess for me to cleanup! I went up on the roof to check their work and I'm impressed. Every shingle is even, straight and precisely cut on the edges. All the new flashing and vent work was done extremely well. They had excellent manners: no foul language, courteous and respectful.
Description of Work: Installed a new roof with 50 year Atlas StormMaster shake shingles. Services included: Tear-off and disposal of old roof. (2 layers) Replaced all flashing 7 new roof vents 3 new sewer vents 6 feet of rubberized ice dam shield on entire perimeter

 + 0 moreI was very satisfied with the price and work on this job as well as on the two other jobs I had this company do.
Description of Work: This is actually the third job that they have completed for me. I also had them replace the roof on my house ($4,985) and then they repaired the roof on addition ($1,500) that was poorly done by another company. Nick stopped out the following day that I called him to give me an estimate on some gutters I needed to replaced. He mailed me the estimate withing three days and I excepted it. He called the following week to tell me he could work me in on Wednesday and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He completed this job in a morning along with a co-worker. The estimates provided for this job and the two roofing jobs were right on target. He will be returning to put a new storm door on my house in a couple of weeks. LJT Home Improvements also sent someone out twice to look over some concerns I had on the roof. Both turned out to be sky light issues and not a roof issue. I was NOT charged for either time that they came out to inspect the roof. This is a family run company that you can trust to not only do an exceptional job but will do if for a fair price. I recommend them without reservations. Put the storm door on today April 22st. Another job well done! The above was the total amount for the gutters replaced and the storm door.

 + -1 moreLARRY THEROUX DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. HE CALLED US WELL IN ADVANCE OF THE SCHEDULED PROJECT DATE TO CONFIRM, HE DID THE WORK BEAUTIFULLY, HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, HIS CREW WAS VERY NEAT, AND HE EVEN THANKED ME FOR THE BUSINESS.
