flooring contractor, asbestos removal
 + 0 moreMr. Arvelo came to our "rescue", as the severity of damage to the meager layer of 1/4 inch plywood flooring became known to us after the asbestos removal by another company. He worked with that asbestos team all day and then offered his services to give us a path through our home so we could safely walk on the floor without literally falling through it to the basement. He put in over 13 hours work due to the asbestos removal that day and then finished the job the next day after again working with the other asbestos team on a different job all day. It was a great relief to us to have the work done promptly and correctly on such a short notice.
Description of Work: Mr. Arvelo and an assistant installed a subfloor of 1/2 inch plywood in our hall, kitchen, and bath. This was needed to stabilize our floor after asbestos contaminated material was removed and only a 1/4 inch of poor condition of plywood remained.
