Very professional and responsive. Frank was able to meet with me at my home one day after I called to inquire about getting an estimate. He provided me with a fair and reasonable estimate the very next day. Our move situation was delayed but I was so impressed with his service and honesty that I wanted to get the word out.

Prmopt service. Good estimate. The actual move took less then planned so I saved some money. Three movers move a 1500 Sq ft ranch in about 3 hours.

First, I used them because they were responsive. Many are not..either don't return calls or leave you dangling. Behrens communicated well and on a timely basis. They sent a very good team of three, very polite, organized and efficient. Don't be afraid to go with a team of three...they can be just as cost effective as two, because the work gets done more efficiently and quicker. I would use Behrens again.

Starting from the estimate, they were very professional and kind. They took special care with this unusual heavy table. They were efficient.

The three movers were courteous, efficient and treated my furniture and things as if they were their own. Items like computer printers were carefully wrapped in moving blankets. All furniture was also carefully wrapped to assure of not scratches. An boy did they move! Nonstop! I was very impressed by the whole team!

It went very well. Jeff who gave me the estimate was right on with the estimated time that it would take for three men to move our belongings. I called and emailed with questions on multiple occasions and Jeff or Diane, at the office, always responded quickly. The three men who moved our belongings were professional, courteous and efficient. They only took one 5 minute break to warm up. They were friendly, accommodating and really hustled. The only thing that I was caught off guard by was that they wouldn't put our beds back together, per orders of the main office, since it was another moving company who had taken them apart back in August. This is completely understandable, but I just wish I had been told this on the phone back when I inquired about it, so that it wasn't a surprise for us on moving day. Overall, they were very good company to work with. I would recommend them and use them again.

We first contacted them based on good reviews, and availability. We were very upfront with the condition and amount of the items being moved so we could receive an accurate quote for the move. They assured us that we would only need 3 to a max of 4 hours to move everything. They estimated the cost then at abo0ut $345 to $460 on the outside. When the movers showed up about 40 minutes late, I was expecting a pair of college age men, as this is what you usually see in moving trucks because of the demands of the job. Two gentlemen who I can best guess were in their mid 50’s to early 60’s came to the house. The going was slow from the start, and got slower as they appeared to get tired. One of the gentlemen stopped in between at least one in every four trips to tell someone a story he was just reminded of by the items he was moving at the moment. The job ended up taking 7 hours, (including approximately 30 minutes to write up the bill) The bill came out to a little over $800. The good news was that only one couch was damaged, and that was an older piece which wasn’t worth getting in a twist over. They were courteous, but not efficient. I would recommend finding a different provider.

My experience with the front office was mixed - they seemed disorganized from attending the scheduled first meeting up to and including delivering the required paperwork and getting it signed. However, the people executing the move were absolutely great and were very organized, efficient, and professional. They packed up my entire belongings for me and delivered them to the destination on time without a single lost or damaged item.

Everything went well from ease of scheduling, day of move activities and follow up from Moving company. I've moved many times and this was by far the best experience that I've had and I would recommend this moving company. I was especially impressed with the lead on my moving team for his positive attitude, helpful suggestions and hard work.

Excellent and hard workers! The move went smoothly and it was fast. No damage to any furniture or the house. They even put screws back into the chairs that were missing. I highly recommend him.

The move went flawlessly. Team worked tirelessly to make the move quick and efficient, and to minimize the our costs by not wasting any time. The crew was friendly and respectful of our stuff, and got us settled into the new house without incident. They were not the cheapest quote we got, but we are convinced that they were worth the money. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and colleagues.

I was extremely satisfied with the piano-moving service perfored by Behrens/Allied. Some relatives kindly gave us their piano (they are downsizing) and we needed to hire movers to retrieve it from their house and bring it to ours. Behrens' communication was great, they gave a quote up front and stayed within it. Service was excellent, rate was fair. No complaints. Would certainly use them again for any moving needs.

It was as good as a full cross-country move could be. Not having moved in 20 years (and that was under 15 miles - did it ourselves), we didn't have any idea what to expect. John came out and explained the process thuroughly, complete with timetable, how the estimate is done, contact we would have from the driver, etc. (NOTE: I had looked on the internet to get help in picking a moving company - Behren's fit all of the main criteria... 1) They are a local company to the SE Wisconsin area, 2) Longevity - they are a family business started by their dad, and 3) Their method for estimating involves a visit with room by room review). Once deciding on their company, John even dropped off some used packing boxes for free (the taller boxes designed for hanging clothes are really great - easy, fast, keep closes from getting too wrinkled). Before signing the estimate, John explained that this was ONLY an estimate, and there is always a chance the cost could be slightly higher. I understood this - such is process of estimating. Moves of this type are based mostly on weight. But he was very confident that their process was accurate. The final bill was actually slightly lower than the estimate. Scott, our driver, was excellent. On moving day, they arrived right on time. His crew was efficient and polite, and HARD WORKERS! A couple minor things came up that were handled with ease and no extra charge. Once they left the house, the truck is weighed to calculate the actual bill. A couple days later Behren's office called with the final bill. Upon our approval, it was charged to a credit card. Scott gave us a couple days range for the expected arrival in the Phoenix area. Weather and traffic conditions can affect the travel time of a trip this length (about 1900 miles), as well as safety restrictions limiting how many hours a driver can be on the road per day/week. During the trip Scott called us to set the actual arrival date (and we had been given his cell # the first day in case we wanted to reach him). Again, they arrived on time and his crew was just as good for the unload. Scott was clearly in charge and kept checking with us to see if we were happy with how things were going. I can't think of one damaged or even slightly nicked item, nor can I think of how it could have gone any better.

They were very professional. He also had the lowest cost estimate. He was very good about asking a lot of questions and was much more detailed in his estimate than others. They called me back the same day I called him, and they came out 3 days later for the estimate.

They damaged an item and didn't tell me about it. I found it by chance. They overcharged me and by charging me for the hour lunch and I contacted them they said that they would reimburse me. We had a four man crew and two of the crew members worked hard the other two crew members were average workers compared to the other two. The cost was $150.00 per hour for four men and truck.

I WOULD USE SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME.
