The stone was superior in quality. But, the service was even better. From measurements to delivery and installation, the care exhibited by each member of the team was extraordinary. The price was excellent as well.

They were very late coming to install. The seams are very noticeable there are two of them. They did not use suction cup and clamps to pull the pieces together so that the seams are very noticeable. The stone itself is very pretty. The job not so great would not recommend them there was a chip in the stone which they filled in and that’s OK but not the greatest. We called them and expressed our dissatisfaction and they were going to come out Monday to check it out. I left work early so we would both be there when they came they never came they never responded.
Description of Work: We replaced our kitchen counter. We were originally told they could do the job with two pieces so that we would have one seam. They showed us a seam in the show room that looked good not very noticeable. When they came to measure we were told it had to be three pieces for the granite countertop. At that point we had paid half of the total so there was no going back.

I am pleased with the service provided by Badger Granite in our recent kitchen remodel. We ordered granite counter-tops to be measured, cut, and installed. They did a wonderful job of installing our granite ahead of schedule. We love the look of our new counter-tops and I was pleased with the selection available. All staff members were helpful and courteous. Only cons: my husband had to help lift the granite himself because they didn't bring enough people to lift. It was fine because he is healthy but would have been a problem if he was unable to help. And, we had to order some support brackets, which they did not sell at Badger Granite and were hard to find.

Product was beautiful. Installers made a couple of fixable mistakes, but company was quick to correct the very next day.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate and they were pretty close to the other companies we visited. They seemed very nice. But we decided to go else where, because we found a pattern we liked at another company.

Badger Granite had done my bathroom granite in 2013 which I was very pleased with. They were very cooperative in helping me pick out the right granite for my budget and color scheme in the kitchen. Whenever there was a concern they worked with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the product and the process. They always deliver on what they say they will do. Would highly recommend.

They were very helpful on the phone and also have a showroom where you can see the actual slab that you will be getting. Their price was excellent and when they came for installation they made sure to round one of the corners on the granite so that the cabinet door would work properly. They made this adjustment on site and the sink is gorgeous. They also made suggestions when it came to our selection.

After checking other stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Granite Factory) I decided to go with Badger Granite. It was the right choice! Their pricing was very fair. They gave me a complete breakdown of costs and options. Best of all, they showed up when they said they would and completed the work as promised. From the beginning, saleswoman Molly was very helpful. Their showroom at the back of their store has all the large slabs of granite that you can choose from. That worked for me since I am a visual person and it helped to see something bigger than a 3x3 display piece of granite when making my choice. They sent someone to the house to get accurate measurements. After reviewing the breakdown of costs I signed a contract and gave an approximate 50% down payment. Two men arrived at about 10AM as promised on installation day. They removed the old counter tops, disconnected the sink and appliances (I donated the old sink and faucet to RESTORE) and set about putting in the new counter tops. They finished their job at about 4:30PM and the plumber showed up to reconnect everything. I had my brand new kitchen back by 5:30PM! I couldn't be happier with the work and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Removed old counter tops. Disconnected sink/dishwasher/garbage disposal etc. Replaced with new granite counter tops (66 sq ft) and new drop in stainless steel sink.

I had quotes from three different places and was looking for remnant pieces because they are less expensive. One place that I went to required that I purchase the entire remnant slab even if I didn't use it. The salesperson suggested that I bring my cabinet door in so that I could match the door with the granite. I felt that they were punctual and delivered on what they said they would do. I would definitely use them again. They also had a very nice selection of remnant pieces.

The quote was confusing and kept changing throughout the process. We had detailed drawings and the sales person calculated the square footage to be much lower than what it really was.
Description of Work: We received a quote from Badger based on granite colors they had listed on their website.

It was a complete horror story. The one man (Mahmud) seemed personable, but it turned out that he was incompetent in even simply measuring and certainly everything the two owners did was highly unprofessional.
Description of Work: I had new Granite countertops installed in my kitchen. They came out and measured 3 times, but when they came to install the countertops, they were the wrong sizes. One of the men said it was MY fault that it didn't fit. The cabinets had not been moved from any of the times someone had measured them, so, of course, it was their fault for not properly measuring the area. They cut out for the sink in my house and made a cloud of dust everywhere, which we were left to clean up. They took back one piece of Granite, because it was so short on two sides that there was no way anyone would accept it (2.5" on one side and 1.5" on another). They did return 3 days later with that one and it was the correct size, although the curve that was cut out for the corner cabinet was lopsided. The main countertop for the sink had an area extended out at the sink, like we wanted, but the area was off center from the sink. They did want to cut and shape it properly with the full bull-nose, but since they wanted to do it in-place the next time they came out to the house (after already making so much of a dust cloud), we told them we'd have to live with their mistake. They showed my wife and myself how they had sealed it prior to bringing it, but my wife had spilled a little oil on it since and the oil soaked into the granite. They wanted to be paid the balance of the bill, but I told them that I would pay after all the work was completed. He wanted to come back at a future date to seal the other two countertops, but he never returned. He left arguing, saying that I refused to pay. I explained that I never refused to pay; I simply wanted the work to be completed. I was told that every piece would be sealed prior to arriving at my house and I was also told that the sink would already be cut out prior to them bringing it. My wife had to clean the entire house of granite dust and NOW we have two pieces of Granite that are stained, because they didn't seal the Granite like promised.
