Called on a Saturday morning with low water pressure. Dispatched a service call by 5pm. Very professional throughout the process. Diagnosed the issue quickly and had the well pump replaced and back in service within 2 or 3 hours. It was expensive but I also requested weekend service which costs much more. Although the service provider (Chuck) did offer a less expensive fix we went with the full pump replacement, which he agreed was the best option. End of the day he helped us get our water pressure from 20 pounds to 60... and upgraded the pump so that we would have fewer issues in the future. Very happy with the results.

Same day service performed once I discovered this morning I had a problem with house/well pressure. Essentially, the "T" fitting that was installed in 2008, by another company along with new pump, had rusted a hole thru it on backside of fitting (galvanized). Pump was running constantly unable to build up pressure. Installer replaced with a brass fitting (pulling pipe up from well) and made corrections to how the vertical and horizontal pipes were aligned/supported. They were very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. I even got a follow up call after service was completed. Found on Angie's list and was not disappointed. The company grossly overcharged for the work that it did, and it didn't insulate the new pipes that it installed. This lead to the pipes freezing in the winter which caused further problems. The company sent a technician out to inspect the pipes, and he confirmed that they were indeed frozen. However, he stated that the company doesn't insulate pipes and wanted to charge me $85 just for coming out to do the inspection which was ridiculous. I ended up talking them down to $45 instead.

Relatively simple repair, seemed a reasonable price. Super nice fellow stayed after hours to make sure my repair got done the day it was scheduled. I thought the $85 trip charge in addition to the hour of labor was a bit pricey.

They had all the parts needed with them on the service call. They also pointed out a few things that we might want to look into replacing in the future. We need have our electric conduit changed out which they service man said he could change out but it would cost less if we would call an electrician. We appreciated his honesty.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service. There was a problem with the pump 2.5 months later and they came out on a Saturday to figure it out and replaced the box and the flow sensor in the basement. The problem was in the pump, but it was under warranty, and they wound up replacing a check valve down in the well on the following Monday. They were very responsive and we're very happy with their service.

Better than expected - at first we thought the washer had died, it was just humming and stuck at the end of the fill cycle. I was trying to figure out if I could confirm exactly what was wrong with that, when my wife was going to make some coffee and she figured our we didn't have any water. The company that had dug the well and installed the pump was located just 2 miles from here but they had closed years ago, so I went to Angies List to look. Selected Aqua because they generally had good reviews and they were only about 15 miles away. It was a good choice because less than six hours from the time we found no water 'till the new pump was installed. We never had a new pump installed, regardless who does it and how efficient they are, it will be a pain. The pump company has to chlorinate the well and you can't use it for at least 8 hours, so we ended up getting a hotel room for the night. Then you have to run the well to get the high levels of chlorine out, it took over 5 hours. You also probably will want to take all the aerators off your faucets for a while - the pump removal, chlorination, and disruption caused all sorts of fine grit that got into the house pipes (we did flush the toilets before the chlorine was out and before I brought the filters and softeners back on line) Removing them in advance would be easier than cleaning the grit out of the aerator screens. All in all, I can't complain. I suspect I could have gotten a better price - had I waited until Monday and did some shopping but then we would have been disrupted during the work week. I gave them a B on price - based on the last estimate i got I was expecting 1500 give or take... I also only gave them a B on quality because of my read of the warranty. I reviewed the manual for the pump and it read something like for 18 month from manufacture date or 1 year from installation, whichever comes 1st. That just struck me as strange. It sounded like the pump could actually have no warranty if it was manufactured 18 months ago. Maybe I misread it but that was my 1st impression and it didn't inspire confidence. I'm hoping it will be good for another 30+ years.

I thought I needed a new well pump. Fortunately the well specilist from Aqua did some investigating and uncovered an electrical problem affecting the pump. Saved me a ton of money.

I was amazed at how quickly the company responded to our questions and actually came out to look at the well. When the serviceman, Ezra, determined that there was a hole in the pipe leading to the well as well as a 20+ year old pump, he gave us several options as to how to address the problem from simply replacing the pipe, to replacing the pump and the pipe, to capping the well and hooking up to city water, each with its pluses and minuses.When he replaced the pump he decided to pull it from the ground by hand rather than driving his truck over the lawn Wow! He seemed to have more respect for our needs than his own! I would use this company again for any service that they perform and would definitely recommend them to others. They are great!

We went to bed Friday with no water and my sons opening night of his first play the next day. I called Aqua Well Saturday and told them the problem and our time constraints. They were out within an hour and had us fixed up within 20 minutes. Josh was a true professional and so incredibly knowledgable. He explained everything to myself and my father in law so we could explain it to my husband. He answered all of our questions and told us about the well system we have and how it works. I will always call Aqua Well for anything we need.

They not only do well drilling but well maintenance. My parents used them for years. They do great work.

I found them on Angie's list and I chose them because we needed that test, they did the test and they serviced that area.

From the first phone call to the completion of the job, all the employees were very professional. They answered questions and gave helpful advice. The job required excavation and those who performed the work were most careful to do mininal damage to the lawn. I highly recommend this company!

Aqua was great, the day before closing on our home sale, the buyers mortgage company demanded a well inspection and water test. Aqua was able to fit us in for the well inspection the following morning and when the inspection determined that the well was too close to the septic mound by a few feet and that they well casing was too low they contacted the DNR in Madison and worked to get a variance the same day the application was submittied. They also extended the well casing by 6 inches. Overall Aqua went above and beyond to get our well passed for closing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The tank for the well pump inside the house ruptured. They came out, and assesed the problem, and replaced the tank same day with a new one, as well as replaced some minor plumbing around the tank. he then flushed and cleaned all the plumbing throughout the house to make sure all of the black material from inside the tank had been flushed through the syste, The only problem I had with the project is the installer did not fully clean up after the project resulting in water that had leaked during the installation on the basement floor. Since it had gone through the pump prior to leaking there water was black from the inside of the tank and very difficult to clean.

If you think you need a new well, DEFINATELY have someone evaluate the well for air-lifting. This process restored a well which was yeilding only 1 gallon per minute, and now yeilds in excess of the pump capacity (10+ gal/minute)....at a small fraction of the cost. The crew was great about explaining the process and timelne, and was very clear upfront about the unavoidable damage to nearby plant beds...which gave us plenty of time to temporarily relocate plants. Very responsive on the phone, too, and quick to fix a check valve that became faulty.

I noticed water on the floor around the water pressure tank in my basement. I called Aqua because I had used them before with good results. They came out that same afternoon. Chuck & Jared, the service techs, checked it out. They determined there was a rust hole in the bottom of the tank & showed it to me. I decided to have it replaced & they were able to do it right away. The old tank sat directly on the floor. When the new tank was installed the guys put "feet" under it so it was up & off the cement floor. They were friendly, considerate & cleaned up after themselves. (always appreciated!)

The man who came out was very professional and efficient. He thought the job might take two hours, but he was here and gone in an hour.

I share a well with neighbors,and they called Aqua on a Sunday when our water suddenly went out. Wayne was there before noon, and quickly found the problem with a wire on the well pump. He was friendly and professional and explained in detail what had happened, and had things working again by early afternoon.

We were very disappointed that Aqua did not stand behind their work. They replaced pump and tank in June 2005. Because of how they did the replacement pump originally, after 2 years it had major leakage and spraying problems. We do not feel that it is our problem and therefore should not be made to pay for the repair. We told them so. They insisted that we pay for the repair. Even after we complained that we did not feel it was our responsibility.
