Aqua Well & Pump Systems, Inc., is a 3rd generation; family owned & operated, well and pump service company, serving all of Southeastern Wisconsin. Our mission at Aqua is to provide our customers with a safe, reliable water supply, while safe guarding & promoting the protection of our most precious resource. To accomplish this mission, Aqua is dedicated to investing in promotion, equipment, & most of all people who share the same core values of knowledge, integrity, hard work, & honesty. Aqua provides pump & well drilling service for residential, industrial, commercial, & farm applications. services.

Description of Work: Replaced well pump. Because of the snow and tight access to my pump, they had to remove all the tubing (nearly 200 feet) by small machine vs. bigger rig on truck. Even though this increased the cost, I was out of any other option. We had no problems with their work or service. Did a good job.

Description of Work: They fixed the PVC pipe that surrounds the electric wires by our well pipe. We had hit it with a mower and cracked it. Seemed a bit pricey for the service, but I did not shop around as I was anxious to get it fixed before the rains came.

FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND, OUT OF WATER. AQUA CAME AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM BUT WEATHER PREVENTED ANY WELL WORK THAT DAY. NEXT DAY A THREE HOUR JOB TURNED INTO AN EIGHT HOUR JOB AND ALTHOUGH THEY DID BUMP THE ORIGINAL QUOTE A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS, THE AMOUNT AND QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS WELL WORTH IT. THE AMOUNT I PAID WAS HIGHER THAN NORMAL SO YOUR DECISION SHOULD BE BASED ON MORE THAN JUST COST.
Description of Work: COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF WELL PUMP, PLUMBING TO TANK AND BEYOND. A LOT MORE WORK THAN ORIGINALLY EXPECTED.

WE CALLED AQUA FIRST THING ON A TUESDAY MORNING, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO HAVE A TECHNICIAN OUT BY THAT AFTERNOON. THE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE ALL OF THE NEEDED WORK IN A FEW HOURS. THE CHARGE FOR THIS WORK WAS COMPARABLE TO SIMILAR WORK WE HAD DONE AT OUR FORMER HOME. WE'D DEFINITELY USE AQUA AGAIN.
Description of Work: IN OUR HOME'S WATER WELL SYSTEM, THE WATER PRESSURE WAS DROPPING STEADILY AFTER EACH PRESSURIZATION CYCLE WITHOUT ANY WATER BEING ON IN THE HOUSE. AQUA TECHNICIAN METHODICALLY NARROWED THE PROBLEM TO A LEAKING CHECK VALVE JUST ABOVE THE WELL PUMP. HAD TO PULL UP THE WELL PUMP ASSEMBLY FROM THE WELL. PUMP WAS WORKING FINE BUT WAS 13 YEARS OLD, SO HAD AQUA INSTALL A NEW PUMP IN ADDITION TO REPLACING THE CHECK VALVE.

BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE WAS RECEIVED. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY FUTURE WATER SYSTEM PROBLEMS. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS POLITE, EFFICIENT AND CAREFULLY TO EXPLAIN MY OPTIONS AND COSTS IN ADVANCE. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
Description of Work: AQUA THOROUGHLY TESTED MY SYSTEM TO MAKE SURE MY PUMP WAS DEAD, NOT MY WIRING OR PUMP SWITCH. THEY WERE ON TIME AND USER FRIENDLY. I GOT MY PUMP INSTALLED WITHIN 3 HOURS OF MY INITIAL CALL FOR SERVICE.

OUR WELL PUMP WAS KICKING IN CONSTANTLY AND I CALLED AT 8:00 AND HAD SOMEONE OUT TO THE HOUSE BY 9:30 THAT DAY AND A NEW PUMP INSTALLED BY 12:30.
