Description of Work: The quality of work is good but they are not dependable. I requested 2 cabinet doors to be made in February and I still don't have them. Jeff does not communicate well. All communication is through a third party. This has not been a positive experience.

Description of Work: Everything went extremely well: design, value/quality, responsiveness to coordinating work with other contractors etc. Did cabinetry for kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and living room. Absolutely beautiful craftsman on the cabinets and installation is almost perfect! Can't go wrong with these guys...Jeff and Beth are the best in the business!

Description of Work: We were going to buy a new house, which eventually fell through. Before that, we called and asked for a quote to rip and replace a kitchen. We had to do the ripping, they do the replacing. Jeff came out, he was a delight to work with, very patient, gave us many options, really knew his woods, and gave some excellent ideas how we could improve upon our design. The price he quoted was way below anyone else.

 + 0 moreI loved everything about them. They not only were very good about their time line but they were excellent communicators, if anything was going to change with their time line. Their product was absolutely outstanding. The price was value, considering the product we got. They were just great all the way round. I would most definitely use their services again in the future.

Description of Work: I was referred to Valley Custom Cabinetry for construction of hand crafted custom cabinetry for my kitchen. Jeff was extremely professional, courteous, prompt, and a great listener. He came to my house well-prepared and our interview/estimate process went very well. As it turns out, I had friends that could make the cabinets for me and certainly no one can match or beat the "friend" price. Had I not been so blessed to get the special that I did, I would have certainly chosen Jeff as he was indeed highly recommended and referrals /testimonials were glowing and he was serious and thorough with his work and business.

Description of Work: Valley Custom Cabinets made and installed our kitchen cabinets. They are unbelievably beautiful and I've inspected them over and over and cannot find one single flaw. This company is really, really good to work with. They said almost all of their business comes from referrals, and I understand why. They are great both at cabinets as well as their customer service. If i could give them an A+ I would.

 + -1 moreValley Custom Cabinets are awesome to work with! The owners and staff are very nice, professional people that treat you with respect. They were open and receptive to all of our ideas and offered many great ideas of their own. Our cabinets have already stood the test of time as we've been in our "new" house now almost 7 years. The design, material, finish and closing mechanisms still look great and work as well as the day they were installed. We've recently hired Valley Custom Cabinets back to build additional built-ins for our great room. We highly recommend them and already have many times!
