Joe came the next day and replaced the bad receptacle. At the time I didn't know what was wrong and Joe did a excellent troubleshooting.

Returned calls, answered questions, set up appointment, then was able to cancel apt when problem was solved after phone conversation

I called to request some minor electrical repairs to my house and garage. The repairs needed to be done prior to the closing date of October 1 for the sale of the house. I called this company based on reviews on Angie's list. Joe did not call me back for several days, and I had to leave 2 or 3 messages to even get a call-back. When he called me back, he left me a curt message saying he was booked up until sometime in October. It was clear he didn't want my business. While I understand that sometimes a service provider is too busy to take on additional work, I did not think this communication was handled in a timely, professional, or friendly manner.

It went good. They showed up on time and got the job done. It went as advertised. Overall, they were excellent. The price was excellent too, and the quality was good.

I would not hesitate recommending Joe. I will in fact call upon his skills and service when the need arises in the future.

I used him because he was recommended to me by someone I know. He was very good and his prices were good. There was nothing that I disliked. He was personable and pleasant. He was on time. I was hoping that he could come out sometime relatively quickly and he bent over backwards to squeeze me in between some other jobs. I appreciate that. Everything is holding up great. I use those outlets to give my dogs the outdoor water so I know that it works. I would give an A+ for his responsiveness.
