The projects (both roof and siding) went great! Troy did excellent work and fought for us (the customer)! He worked seamlessly with the insurance company and was able to get us what we needed for our home and more. His crew did excellent work on both the roof and siding. Troy was with his crew often when they were on site to make sure that things were going smoothly. He is also very personable and wanted to make sure we were happy with the projects.

The work was done professionally and quickly. I did not have to worry about anything.

Not. Contractor claimed he called insurance comp several times to fight to get entire roof on so to match color of existing roof. State of Wisconsin there is no law that requires that. He should have known that much. Over 9 weeks went by and still no roof. Last straw was the contractor letting 3 little boys (maybe 10 years old ? ) up onto the roof with him to help take sample shingles off. Then he tells me that I am committing fraud and he’s sending legal papers to me and says my homeowners insurance will be paying him for the work he did not complete. Lol!

I called GeForce Exteriors over the Thanksgiving holiday and they came out right away, took the time to assess what was going on and explain it to me, and fixed the issue. Friendly, positive, honest, and kind. I feel like I now understand what happened with the roof and how to avoid this issue moving forward. Thank you so much!!

never had them out. We played some telephone tag. Received an e-mail from Troy asking me to call. We set up an appointment for him to come meet with us, see the house, measure, etc.. He needed to cancel. That is when the phone tag began. At least one time, I tried leaving voice mail for him and his mailbox was full. He called me. I didn't know it was him because caller ID showed a woman's name who I don't know. Finally, after a few more attempts, Troy and I did have a conversation. He wanted to reschedule but by then I wasn't interested in him or GeForce. Told him I decided not to go ahead with residing at this time.

Troy was very professional. He met the estimator and went over the complete project with them and then us. He and Heidi did what they said they would do and the project went very smoothly

Troy was great to work with. Worked with our insurance together entire roof and got most of our siding covered. Even brought a new manufacturer to our home to help with colors and styles to personalize our siding! Prettiest house int the neighborhood now!

Troy was great with working with the insurance company to get my claim covered and paid. Hos crew was able to get the roof done in one day.

Troy came when he said he would, inspected my roof, and did a great job of explaining what he did as a temporary "fix" and what he found. He then quoted me a cost for fixing the leak around the chimney and I hired him. He and his team were there when they said they would be, the work was performed, and the yard cleaned up. I'm very happy with Troy, his team, and the work performed. I would highly recommend them to others who need roof work done.

Leak was found and repaired. I had to leave before the repair was completed and was happy to find photos of the repair sent to my phone.

Troy explained the process to me on his initial visit. He performed a complete inspection and handled the estimate and negotiations with my insurance company. The crew that came to my home on the day we scheduled for the work to be done was very courteous. Yhey spread tarps on the ground to catch any debris that came from removing the old roofing materials. The work was completed in faster time than I had imagined ant the property was left clean any mess..It has been over 2 years since the roof was necklaced and I am still very pleased with the results.

Troy was very helpful making sure we got the roof that we wanted. He went over the type of shingles that he offered and what would be the best for our house. He pays a lot of attention to the details. His crew completed the job in a day and I had absolutely no clean up myself. They went over the yard with a fine tooth comb. GeForce is a great company to work with.

Excellent work, Troy was very informative on every aspect of the job, they started around 7:30 and finished at 4:15pm and the cleanup was very thorough, workers were very helpful, excellent job, very pleased with company.

It went very well! The crew was professional and extremely clean! The roofs are very professionally done and look like brand new still 3 years later! I would recommend GeForce Exteriors to anyone looking to have roofs, siding, or remodeling done on their home!
