About us

We perform automotive and ligh truck repairs with an ethical and up front attitude. We don't attempt to sell you parts or labor you don't need. The estimates we give are accurate and the total invoice is usually LESS than the original estimate. We want you to go into any service or repair of your vehicle knowing what will be done, what parts will be replaced, and we EXPLAIN WHY we need to do a certain repair the proper way. We never present you with an invoice that is more than the original estimate without contacting you, explaining why, and offering you a chance to come and see why there needs to be an adjustment to the estimate, and getting an approval from you. Sometimes this does happen. Our estimates are done with the Mitchell OnDemand estimating sytem. One of the top estimating sytems in the automotive industry, and we go by our estimates. We hide nothing and WANT you to be informed of the intricacies of todays complex vehicles. The more informed you are the better you will understand the repair. Sure, you may find that you can have it done somewhere cheaper but, why compromise quality for price. As the adage goes, "The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of the low price is forgotten". We use quality parts and have over 30 years experience. We guarantee our parts and labor for 1 year or 12,000 miles. We do repairs right the first time.
