Description of Work: The total cost was quite a bit over the estimate but was due to false information from provider of products, not person doing the work. When costs ended up being way over, the company extended credit to pay some of the unexpected added costs. Overall work was done well and when promised considering some unexpected weather delays. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Chad came out and did a fantastic job for us. Very dependable and a hard worker. He repaired a hole in our sheetrock and recaulked our bathrooms. We would recommend him highly to anyone who needs any handy work. He had to reschedule once because he had a new baby boy but came out right after and finished the work. Great job and a great guy.

Description of Work: Chad finished the interior of a prox 13x14 three season porch. His labor charge was $1,800 and the materials came to about another $800. My wife and I were very pleased with his work and the fact that he paid great attention to detail. The porch has patio doors on three sides and a cathedral ceiling which made for some tricky carpentry work. Chad had solutions to a number of complicated problems.

Description of Work: Chad is an excellent handyman. As stated he is very profesional. He is very fast, and honest. He gave me money back! I don't ever remember that happening before. I don't want to be too generous yet, as I need more work done, and want him to be available.

Description of Work: He arrived promptly at 8:00AM on a holiday and immediately went to work trimming trees and shrubs in my yard and in my neighbor's yard. Once completed, he thoroughly cleaned our yards from all debris. Throughout the process, he continually asked for feedback to see if the work was being done to our satisfactions. He was an absolute pleasure with whom to do business and I will guarantee that we will call upon him again. In fact, he was so good that someone in the neighborhood asked him to come and give an estimate for something they wished to have done. He is incredibly hardworking and a consummate professional!!!!!!!
