I had a VERY bad experience with this company and found them to be extremely RUDE! I had a scheduled appt for Monday, Jan 21,2019 @ 4:30 - 4:45pm. By 5;20pm they had still NOT arrived so I messaged them on their FB page. I was told they had texted me to cancel due to their equipment freezing up. I asked how they could text me when they didn't have my cell phone number, only gave them my landline. They replied that they "assumed" it was a cell number. I then said that since I didn't respond to a text that I would think they would have enough brains to then CALL (to confirm I rec'd their text) I then stated I was not going to reschedule and they became very RUDE and said "THANK YOU!!!! WE DON'T WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER"....before I could reply back they shut messenger off so that I could not reply. I truly believe whoever runs this company has serious mental health issues! Any GOOD company would have apologized and maybe even offered a discount if I would reschedule. But that was not the case, they were just plain RUDE! I will copy/paste here the convo which clearly shows how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL this company is. I am omitting my address/phone number tho it was clearly shown in the convo.
