Description of Work: Charges for travel time but does not state this up front. Set up appointment for 3 pm several times before anyone showed up (at 7pm). Terrible customer service. Took several weeks to get my furnace fixed. Would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreWhen I arrived at the house, I switched on the breaker for the water pump and turned the faucets on and there was no water coming out. I called my husband and he walked me through everything he could think of to try and we decided we needed a plumber ASAP. He called A & M first thing Thursday morning and they were able to put me first on their schedule. They arrived at 9:00am and I explained everything we had tried and they went about their business trying to locate the problem. It took quite a while before they figured it out because it was hidden behind a wall. Once they found the problem, it was repaired in no time. They showed me what they did and explained everything to me, started everything up to make sure all the faucets and toilets worked properly, cleaned up and told me they would send the bill. They were here from 9:00am until about 12:45pm. There were two gentlemen, both extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
Description of Work: They found the reason I had no water and fixed it by cutting out the frozen section of pipe, replacing it and moving it to a more favorable location. They also added heat trace to the pipe before re-installing the insullation to insure that it will never freeze again.
