+ -1 moreAwful, the technician came out quickly regarding a bad hot smelling odor. Found the coil was 70% clogged with dust, cut an access hole in the side of the furnace to clean the coil. After the service, the house still smelled like something was burning so I opened the access hole and found 60% of the cooling/heating fins were bent over with dust and dirt wedged causing flow problems.When the furnace runs, it smells hot like something is burning. Company will not fix their poor repair job and will not return calls. Extremely unethical practice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
