great guy just hope the product works.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the work done to remove a cedar tree and some shrubs at our home. Aron was efficient and hard working as well as easy to talk with. We also feel that the cost was very reasonable.

It was a good experiance. My windows are still cleaner than ever! but I do need to get a hold of Aaron, how do I do that? Tricia Hammen Update: hired Aron Thomas once to wash windows and was very pleased. So I hired him again to spray and kill moss on my roof. He told me it would cost $50.00 an hour, so I figured it would be a couple of hours max and that would be good. While up on the roof he found two missing vents, which I asked if he could buy the vent and put them on, which he did. He left and was gone a very long time, over an hour. He came back with the vents he got at Lowe's, a different vehicle than the one he left in probably stopped and had lunch and all this time he is charging me $50.00 an hour. I am very disappointed and displeased with that kind of robbery. I will never recommend him or call him for another job unless he makes that wrong right! Please make sure he knows he has a very dissatisfied customer.

I have never been more satisfied with work done on my home as I was with the work done by Paneless Glass Cleaning. My windows were much worse than what was anticipated (silicone the contractors never removed making normal window washing even more time consuming ) and Aaron stayed on the job until it was done. He stayed with the same quote given even though more work for him. I would not hesitate recommending Paneless Glass Cleaning to anyone wanting quality window washing. Not only was Aaron professional, he had his wife Tammy helping and they were both such a pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend using them....no hesitation.

Aron gave me an estimate two days after contact, then removed the tree the following Monday. He and two helpers finished taking down the tree in one day, cut it up, chipped the limbs, and carried the big pieces of the trunk to the curb. Good cleanup, very pleasant and respectful workers. A very good experience.

I found them to be very good in terms of the job it self, but I didn't think it should have taken as long as it did. I think it was because they may not of had a large enough truck for the job and had to make several trips and I was being charged by the hour. No complaints other than that issue.

Aron called me right away and came that afternoon to provide a free estimate. He was able to schedule me immediately. He was prompt and extremely friendly. My windows inside and out have never looked this good. I would highly recommend Aron and plan to use him on a seasonal basis.
