We needed a leaky kitchen faucet replaced & a very old leaky bathroom shower fixture either replaced or repaired. Called Works Plumbing & owner came to house to assess situation. Said he would have to cut a hole in wall of room adjoining bathroom to access piping to replace shower fixture. Sent us blanket estimate of $1845 for both projects. I requested a written breakdown by project to include parts vs labor, which I received: $460 for new kitchen faucet & soap dish + $225 labor. And $620 for new bathroom shower head, trim & access panel + $540 labor. Feeling that this was an exorbitant amount we contacted another plumbing company who came out and completed both projects for a total of $481. This included a more expensive kitchen faucet & soap dish than from Works Plumbing. And he was able to repair our existing bathroom shower fixture by simply replacing a valve.

Gentleman who showed up easily identified the problem and the best solution. Work was done in a timely manner and I was able to complete the installation.

I spoke with Justin at 7:52AM this morning regarding an urgent plumbing issue. I was promised a call back in 15 minutes to confirm what time a technician would arrive for repair. I never received a return call despite leaving two more voice messages and a text inquiring about what happened. Very poor customer service and communication.

They did a good job over-all, gas line was run just how I wanted it. However draining the old water softener & salt tank made quite a mess by my basement floor drain - I wish they would have cleaned that up better...

Fast, responsive and very professional. They responded almost immediately to my call. They showed up when they said they would. Then they quickly found and the fixed the problem. All around outstanding service. The gentleman who showed up was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Anytime in the future I need plumbing help I will call Works Plumbing.

We are doing major renovations in our home and this is the second time the company worked around the house. I don't even call other companies for quotes anymore. The company has very friendly customer service, they are honest and transparent about their business practices and they have very competitive pricing. I have also noticed the owner makes sure they are always on top of things when it comes to new regulations for example with lead in plumbing and also making your home more environmentally friendly. The plumbers do what they say, are clean about what they do and are very punctual about arriving on time at the job site. But what is the best is that they are willing to cater owner builders who can cause headaches with their ideas when it comes to plumbing, they just want to make sure things are done right and up to code. This time Dewey was at the house and did a clean install with the radon system that was a pain to do due to all sorts of obstacles he had to go around. He is an artist with the way he pulled it together. He also installed an ice maker water line which I haven't tested yet, since the kitchen isn't finished yet. Right now I am looking forward to giving them more work in the near future.

These guys are great! Got a very quick response, and service was performed sooner than expected. No mess left behind, all work was truly 'done by a professional'. Many advertise super service, professional work - but Works Plumbing really delivers what they promise!

Works was brought in by our general contractor for a basement remodel. Initially the job only entailed new service for a basement bathroom, however I had requested that the underground sewer lines be checked as we had had problems with backups in the past. Upon scoping the lines, it was determined that the underground lines in the basement needed to be replaced. The guys from Works fit this additional work into their schedule in a timely fashion and at a very fair price. I can't say enough good about Justin and his crew. They are very thorough, pointing out potential problems without being overbearing or insisting that they be fixed. They will give an honest opinion of what could potentially be problematic down the road and let you decide if you want to repair or not. Their work is top notch. The crew are all very polite and will take the time to answer your questions and discuss things with you. When digging up our basement they were very careful not to disrupt a brand new water control system and drain tile system we just had installed the year before and kept things as clean as possible. They went above and beyond the call of duty on several fronts to examine problems I was having in various areas to make sure that not only their new installation, but everything sewer-related in the house, would work as a whole before we completed the remodel. I highly recommend Works to anyone looking for high quality plumbing service done by a very courteous and helpful group of people.

They did a really good job. They used copper piping, and we were really pleased with the outcome. They actually saved us some money in the long run by showing us how we could modify our design.
