Paul responded immediately to my call for service. He laid out a time line for me based on his businesses current schedule. On the scheduled appointment day, Paul called and asked if he could come a little early. Bonus! Definitely not the cable guy! Upon arrival he was respectful to my home and after viewing the work area, promptly got to work. He cleaned his working areas and asked if I had questions. Gave me a business card to call if we experienced any challenges. Prompt Service. Personable. Courteous and Respectful. Definitely will use again as we have a rental property. Thanks Paul.

An ember had hopped out of my fireplace & burned and melted a spot in the carpet. VS service patched the spot (I had saved a piece of carpet for just such an eventuality). It blends in wonderfully. He worked quickly and was here on time.

Paul was prompt and friendly. Easy to contact, came out in 4 days. Finished the job without a problem. Carpet looks great. Professional. Knows what he is doing.

I needed some one to stretch the carpets of my new home on short notice before we moved in our furniture. Paul was very flexible to our needs and did a great job.

They did excellent work and went out of their way to do extra work at no additional cost. I felt they were reasonably priced and prompt.

Paul was prompt and easy to work with. He restretched all of the carpet in our house over a period of several weeks. He worked around our schedule and our painting schedule. By letting us do it over several weeks and coordinating with the painters, we minimized furniture moving. He did a high quality job. He was wonderful. I would use him again and recommend him without any reservations.

We were having painting done at the same time as the carpet restretch. Paul worked with us to schedule times that worked for us. He was always on time and completed the work in the time frame he had predicted.The work was very well done. We were very pleased.

I called him on a Saturday and asked if he could carpet my basement steps with carpeting I had already purchased at a store. He had some time Monday morning and quoted his minimum charge ($150). GREAT! He was a little late. But he did call, and it had snowed 8" overnight. So I think that is very understandable. He did a fantastic job on the stairs. They look great.

I didn't have a very big job and he knew it when I talked to him on the phone and he still responded promptly and professionally. He was all business yet courteous and polite.

Paul Sockett came to look at the job on a Friday & told us he would return the following Monday, once the tile installer had done a few more pieces of his work. He acted very confident about his work, although was a tad bossy. He showed up as promised with one assistant on April 3, 2006, & they did the job smoothly & without complication. He was courteous & professional, both with me & with the tile installers also on the job. Paul took a niggly job I thought would be a big hassle & made it into one of the more successful parts of a large kitchen remodel. I intend to use Paul again later on in the job.

Paul showed up on time for both the bid and the installation. We were pleased with the quality of the work. The price was a little higher than one bid we received and about $100 less than another bid.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE, THE GUYS CAME ON TIME AND HAD THE CARPETING INSTALLED IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS AN A+.

ORIGINALLY I TALKED TO PAUL SOCKETT. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT, AS HE IS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF MILWAUKEE (I AM ON THE NORTHSHORE), HE WAS NOT PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN MY JOB. HE REFERRED ME TO ONE OF HIS YOUNGER GUYS WHO DID THE JOB. I WAS PLEASED WITH BOTH THE QUALITY AND LOW PRICE OF THIS INSTALLATION. THIS JOB WAS A PAIN. HE NEEDED TO SEAM SEVERAL CHUNKS OF USED CARPETING TOGETHER TO FIT MY ROOM AND DID NOT COMPLAIN. ALL IN, I FEEL LIKE I GOT AN EXCELLENT VALUE. THE ROOM WAS 48 SQUARE YARDS, SO IT WAS NOT A SMALL TASK.

VS PICKED UP THE CARPETING FROM THE STORE WE PURCHASED FROM. THE STORE GAVE THEM THE INCORRECT AMOUNT OF PADDING. WHEN THEY ARRIVED ON THE JOB AND DISCOVERED THE ERROR, THEY WENT BACK TO GET THE REST OF THE PADDING. CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY AFTERWARDS. THE QUICKEST AND NEATEST JOB OF CARPET INSTALLATION I HAVE HAD(HAVE HAD MANY CARPET INSTALLATIONS BY CARPET STORES, NONE COMPARE TO VS.)
