Description of Work: Jeff was great. He took his time to make sure everything that we needed was taken care of. We had Siding, New Roof and gutters. His crew was amazing. They cleaned up after each day they were here. They stand by their work and have a great warranty. Also, they have a showroom you can go to so you can see their products and how they install. Highly Recommend them!

They were the cheapest and the fastest! They did a great job on everything! Good on their clean-up was excellent, got the work done in the same day and it was just a wonderful experience!

These guys were great! We did our research and knew what this type of roof should cost. ($700-$1000). We needed the work done quickly as we were closing on our house. Tri County was very busy but they actually got out and did the work in two days! After the work was done a few quotes came in from other contractors who were slower to respond. The cheapest was $1500 (the others were trying to take advantage of our short time frame). Not only was everyone at Tri County really nice, the quality of the work was excellent and at a very fair price!
Description of Work: We have a 10' by 10' flat roof balcony that needed to have the old roof removed and a new one put down.

COMPANY WAS RELUCTANT TO MAKE GOOD ON DAMAGE CAUSED BY COMPANY WHILE INSTALLING GARAGE ROOF. IT WAS ONLY AFTER THREAT OF LEGAL ACTION THAT THE COMPANY BEGRUDGINGLY, FINALLY CARRIED OUT RECTIFICATION. ANY LIKELIHOOD OF ADDITIONAL WORK BEING OFFERED TO THIS COMPANY, HAS ENTIRELY EVAPORATED BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE.

We sincerely regret the turn of events at this point in time with this homeowner. The employed salesman at the time was not the right fit for the position, and unfortunately made some unprofessional decisions which reflected poorly on our company. FRUSTRATING TO WASTE A HALF-DAY WAITING AROUND BUT KNOWING (NOW) THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE, I'LL LOOK FOR ANOTHER ROOFER.
Description of Work: SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE AT 1:00 ON A SPECIFIC DAY. THEY CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM. AT 1:00 THEY CALLED TO REPORT THEY WERE RUNNING LATE AND WOULD TRY FOR 2:00-2:30 THAT DAY. THAT WAS FIVE DAYS AGO; HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN (ANSWERING MACHINE IS ALWAYS ON)

FRANK CAME AND FIXED THEM AND CHECKED THE REST OF THE ROOF. THERE WAS NO CHARGE. I HAD ONLY ASKED HIM TO COME AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE COST OF REPAIRS. THIS IS MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM WHEN I DO NEED A ROOF AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I CALLED FOR A FREE ESTIMATE AND THE TECH WAS THERE THE SAME DAY. BY THE TIME I GOT HOME FROM WORK, THE JOB MATERIAL WAS SITTING IN MY FRONT YARD. BY 8:00AM THE NEXT MORNING, THEY WERE STARTING.
