Tom was out to measure the same day I called him. He had a quote for us within 24hours which was much better than anything we'd expected. Unfortunately the opening we were going to have the windows installed in had the roof sag in on it (whoever put in the opening forgot to resupport the roof properly and we had a big storm that brought it in) so we had to scrap the windows and rebuild the load bearing wall in order to save the roof. I would not hesitate for a second to hire him again, in fact in the future whenever we have any window work he will be the first person we call.

AS SOON AS THE NEW WINDOWS ARRIVED I RECEIVED A CALL TO CONFIRM A START DATE. TOM AND HIS ASSISTANT SHOWED UP ON TIME AND READY TO WORK. THEY COVERED EVERYTHING THAT MAY BE EFFECTED BY THE DUST AND DEBRIS ASSOCIATED WITH INSTALLING WINDOWS AND PROCEEDED WITH THE INSTALL. THEY MAKE IT LOOK EASY. ALL WINDOWS WHERE INSTALLED IN A TIMELY FASHION. I ALSO HAD TOM TRIM OUT THE PATIO DOOR THAT HAD BEEN INSTALLED PREVIOUSLY SO IT WOULD MATCH THE WINDOWS. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT WHERE ENCOUNTERED WHERE THE FAULT OF THE MANUFACTURE ONE WINDOW ARRIVE WITH THE WRONG TRIM ON IT AND ONE OTHER HAD AN INCORRECT TYPE OF GLASS. THIS WAS EASILY RESOLVED AND TAKEN CARE OF. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING THE WINDOWS AND TRIMMING OUT THE BRICK MOLD. ALSO THE TRIM THAT WAS REPLACED ON THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE HAD A NICE FINNISH TO IT AND WAS INSTALLED NEATLY AND CORRECT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND HAULED AWAY ALL THE OLD DEBRIS. ONCE THE INSTALL WAS COMPLETE TOM AND I WALKED AROUND THE HOUSE INSIDE AND OUT AND INSPECTED THE JOB PERFORMED AND ALSO WENT THROUGH THE OPERATION OF THE WINDOWS. THIS JOB WENT VERY WELL SO I ALSO SPOKE WITH TOM ABOUT REPLACING A COUPLE OF DOORS ON THE HOUSE IN THE FUTURE. TOM AND HIS WIFE RUN THE COMPANY HE DOES ALL THE SALES,MEASURING, AND IS INVOLVED WITH THE INSTALLATION AS WELL. THOUGH I DO NOT ANTICIPATE ANY PROBLEMS I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE THAT IF ANY ARISE THEY WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE THEM WORK ON THE HOUSE AGAIN AND PLAN ON IT WHEN I AM READY FOR THE DOORS.HE SELLS A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT AND PERFORMS HIGH QUALITY INSTALLATION.

Tom first came out in October to give me an estimate on windows for my 23 year old home. He measured, discussed in detail, so I could understand, the different types of windows and how the "replacement" product worked. He also brought samples of windows and colors of trim and windows. I finally ordered the windows, at the end of November, hoping to get them in before the tax credit ended. Even though the window could take up to 3 weeks to make from the manufacturer, Tom was here the 2nd weekend in December, using his day off, (saturday) to get these installed before the end of the year! Tom and his helper were very particlular in how they handled the job including leaving no mess for me to clean up with the exception of washing the windows. Which is so EASY now!!! You can tell Tom takes pride in his work, both the quality and making sure you understand how everything works in detail. He is professional in his workmanship and keeps you up to date on everything he is doing. I will definetely order my Patio Door from him next.

The craftsmanship was excellent, and the crew was punctual. They cleaned up, and had very good customer service.
