They showed up an hour and a half late, without so much as a phone call. Did not come prepared, and wanted $1000.00 to set up 2 commercial grade fans and a dehumidifier. The two sales people lacked knowledge and professionalism. Did not hire, would not recommend. We hired Harrison's Clean up & Restoration-and we sure are glad we did!

I didn't like anything about it. We end up firing them as our general contractor. We had a chimney fire and they had excuses after excuses after excuses so we couldn't get it done and we were missing a wall. They were great at first but when we had the chimney fire on December, it was not good. I got everything done by myself when I was pregnant.

They did an excellent job. The carpeting had some significant stains that were impossible to remove, but they did the best job they could to make our condo livable until we could replace the carpeting. Also, I called them on a Sunday, and they were here on Monday to do the job. I highly recommend them.

The cleanup had excellent results. ...the rooms were restored to its original charm. In addition. items were removed quickly and efficentally. Very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the outcome! In addition, the cost was affordable!!

We were selling our home in Wauwatosa, WI, and we already had an accepted offer. The buyer's home inspection found some superficial mold on the attic eaves. We had a microbiologial company come out and inspect the attic mold problem. We were told that the mold affected a small area of the attic and that it was superficial in nature (not effecting the wood boards or insulation). We called several mold remediation companies in the area. Many companies would not even come to our home to bid on the job after we described the details to them over the telephone. The few companies that did come and inspect the attic, gave us estimates that were more than double what Service Master quoted us. The technician remediated the mold problem in one day, and we were able to close on our home the following week. He was very efficient and professional. We would highly recommend this company, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They did a really good job. I was taking care of an estate and the carpet was really dirty. I sold the place so they must have gotten it clean. The guy who came to do the work was very thorough and took his time. He really worked on some problem areas.

Originally, they delayed the appointment and then said I would need to pay 40% over the normal rate for them to come after 5PM. I refused and told them I would go elsewhere. Awhile later, I was called back and told they would waive the 40% upcharge. I let them come out. It was not a large area to be sanitized. Concrete floor. They removed the bottom step of carpet and set up the drying equipment. Very professional, very clean, very courteous. Prompt. The documents I had to sign were not explained at all. The price seemed high for the limited work performed, but I understand equipement has a cost. $114 per day for a dehumidifier just seemed high to me. The first one leaked all over the floor and had to be repleaced. It was, very promptly, but a trail of water was left through the kitchen and living room. The living room carpet was sponged, basement water dried up, but the kitchen floor was left wet. I can't give them an A but the job did get done and the basement is clean and dry now.

They were excellent. They arrived promptly and did a thorough job. I have used them every year for the past 8 years. They are very friendly. They have always moved the larger pieces of furniture to clean underneath them. I did have a bad experience with them a couple of years ago, but they came out and corrected the problem right away. It was just with that particular cleaning person did not extract all of the soap from the carpeting. I continued to use them even after that and have not been disappointed since. They do a quality job and charge a higher price than some of the fly by night carpet cleaners that are out there. When it comes to cleaning carpeting you truly get what you pay for.

The house we had was on a lake and it kept flooding. They couldn't do much because of the amount of water. They did a lot of consultation work. They provided a dumpster to throw stuff out. My insurance company recommended them.

ServiceMaster Recovery Services Company provides a great service. They were excellent. They did a great job cleaning and explaining what they were doing. They were careful with the equipment's they were using. Their recommendations were great. They were on time and finished quickly. They used good products on our carpets to clean them. The carpets dried in the amount of time they said it would. It was a real good experience.

Service rep on phone was very short w/ me, but did send good rep out to take pictures and send estimate. Pictures/estimate were VERY thorough, however estimate was too high so went with another company.

Service person was right on time, friendly and professional. The amount charged was exactly as quoted over the telephone; there were no hidden charges. Carpet looks very nice (although it was not stained or very soiled to begin with. I thought the price as reasonable based upon what I had previously paid to a competitor last year. I would consider using them again.

What a blessing to receive the services from ServiceMasters Clean - New Berlin. They arranged for us to receive a technician within 24 hours. Upon arriving and evaluating the mess, our technician explained what she was going to do and proceeded to clean in an exceptionally detailed manner - paying attention to corners, challenging areas (e.g., under the toilet tank) and areas adjacent to those that were wet. She provided easy-to-follow instructions about when things would be dry so that we could reset our basement.

Roy was in training, very polite, and worked until finish. He asked me to take a look before leaving, if I wanted anything else for him to do. I was very pleased. Most of them just say "I am finished". He meant to please.

THEY WERE LATE AND ESTIMATED THEIR ENDING TIME WRONG WHICH MESSED UP AN ALREADY STRESSFUL DAY SINCE IT WAS A COURT DATE FOR ME. THEY DID DO A WONDERFUL JOB FOR ME AND WE WERE ABLE TO EASILY WORK THINGS OUT BASED UPON SOME INTER-OFFICE MISCOMMUNICATION.

HE WAS A NICE MAN AND DOES A GOOD JOB. THE MAN I WORKED WITH WAS MARK AND I HAVE REQUESTED HIM, HE HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR ABOUT FIVE YEARS NOW.

INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDED THAT WE CONTACT SERVICE MASTER FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE INSURANCE PAID FOR THE ENTIRE COST. AN EVALUATION OF THE WORK COMPLETED IS DIFFICULT TO ASSESS; TWO WORKERS WORKED VERY WELL TOGETHER AND COMPLETED THEIR PART OF THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. TWO OTHER WORKERS BROKE TWO WINDOWS WHILE INSTALLING AIR CLEANING MACHINES, AND ALSO APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN GIVEN INCORRECT INFORMATION BY THEIR PROJECT MANAGER. THE PROJECT MANAGER HIMSELF WAS UNRESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS, AND ACTED IN WAYS THAT DELAYED THE CLEAN-UP PROCESS BY TWO WEEKS. WE WOULD NOT ENGAGE IN ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH SERVICE MASTER CLEANERS.

LEFT TRAFFIC PAPER. GOOD INFORMATION. ONCE A YEAR I GET MY CARPET CLEANED. THE GUYS ARE VERY POLITE AND KIND. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, THEY SEEM TO BE VERY CONCERNED WITH THE ANSWERS.

THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY AND WERE ON TIME. THEY DIDN'T HAVE A LADDER WITH THEM, SO THEY USED MINE. I FELT THEY WEREN'T AS PREPARED AS THEY COULD HAVE BEEN. THEY TRIED TO CUT AWAY THE WET DRYWALL, BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE A STRAIGHT EDGE. THEIR SUPERVISOR CAME THE NEXT DAY AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY LEFT BIG FANS TO DRY UP WATER.

I RECEIVED A FOLLOW-UP CALL FROM THEM CHECKING TO SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. IF YOU ASK FOR THE CREW CHIEF (MARK), HE KNOWS THE BUSINESS EXTREMELY WELL.

COMPANY WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO FIND A COUPON ON THE WEB FOR THE CUSTOMER.

THE GUY CAME OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT MY ISSUES, . I APPRECIATED THAT AND FOUND IT TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL I HAD MOVED EVERYTHING SO THAT HE COULD CLEAN THE CARPET. I CALLED TO ADJUST SOME PRICING AND DROP A FEW ITEMS, AND WHEN HE CAME BACK OUT I GOT AT TOTALLY DIFFERENT CHARGE. THEY DID RESPOND REALLY QUICKLY AND HE DID WORK WITH ME ON THE PRICE AFTER THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. IT WAS A ROUGH START DUE TO THE PRICING CONFUSION BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE SERVICEMAN, REGARDING A DISCOUNTED TOTAL WITH A COUPON, AND DIFFERENT SERVICE. BUT ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE IT WAS VERY GOOD. THE SERVICE, RESPONSE, AND WILLINGNESS TO WORK WITH ME EARNED HIM MY BUSINESS AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
