Could not have worked with more speed and less care. Their strategy seems to be to make a low ball basic cleaning offer and then try to sell you extras. The carpets have some seriously stained and dirty areas, but a mid-range price between $30 and $160 (the deep cleaning they wanted to sell me) would have been nice. After reading other reports here, I'm sure glad I didn't go for it.

He arrived many hours late and only spent 35 minutes on the job. When he left the carpets were very wet and he told us to turn the fans on. The two men who came were awful. He admitted that the test area they do is not how the rest of the carpets turn out. They didn't move some pieces of furniture. When the carpet wasn't dry 24 hours later, I called. The woman I talked to yelled at me for not calling the day before and refused to call her manager because it was the dinner hour. The next day, when the party was to happen, the manager called me and accused me of giving the office a hard time. He said it was my problem that I had my carpets cleaned two days before a party rather than waiting a week. He kept giving explanations for why they didn't do the work. He said we had to pay extra to move the furniture. He called me inappropriate names and threatened to see me in small claims court. I hung up. I was horrified. No one should use this company!
Description of Work: I was having a party and hired them to clean my very dirty carpets. Originally they said the special for whole house was $69.95. When I called, they said I didn't need an estimate. When he came out to do the work, he said it would be over $240, eventually I negotiated it to $189. They also claimed that we had fleas before, which we don't think is true because no one has had a problem with flea bites in our house. As it turns out, the fleas appeared only in the rooms where the carpets had been cleaned after the work was done and the carpets were dry. I called the company again and they confirmed that the house they cleaned before ours was full of fleas and the equipment carried them to our house.

We never told customer that she didn't need an estimate, and tech called for a discount, customer didn't negotiate. Customer called at 7:45 the next evening after service was done and was screaming at me. I told her that I would send someone out to extract the H2O since it was not dry yet. She told me that she was having a birthday party that evening and she needed to have it somewhere else. I asked her that we've been open since 8 a.m. in the morning, why did you wait to call until the evening at 7:45 p.m? She told me to "shut up and told me to have one of the bigger 'schmucks' call me tomorrow." The manager called in the morning @ 9 a.m. and offered her the same as I did and she did say "no", I already put a stop payment on check and then the manager had words with her. And about "flea story", I have no idea what she is talking about, never was brought up and she never called our office about this. Olympia Alexis, Customer Service Manager

MY CARPET IS ONLY 1 1/2 YEARS OLD. THEY SAID THEY COULD REMOVE ALL SPOTS EXCEPT FOR 2, BUT THEY DIDN'T REMOVE ANY OF THEM. WHEN I ASKED FOR THEIR MAILING ADDRESS THEY ASKED WHY BUT WHEN THEY THOUGHT I MAY BE GIVING A GOOD REPORT THEY SUDDENLY FOUND THE ADDRESS. WE HAVE CALLED THEM 3 TIMES. THE 1ST TIME THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING, OR CHARGE TO COME OUT. 2ND TIME WE CALLED THEY HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND. 3RD TIME THEY RESCHEDULED TO COME BACK OUT, THEY NEVER CAME, NEITHER DID THEY CALL US. CALLED A 4TH TIME, THE MANAGER WAS NOT AVAILABLE. WE JUST WANT THEM TO DO WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY SAID THEY WOULD DO INSTEAD OF NOW WANTING TO CHARGE 10 CENTS/SQUARE FOOT EXTRA TO DO A "DEEP CLEAN."
