He stopped by same day, fixed my AC and was very knowledgeable, and had many options. Definitely would recommend.

I woke up to finding out my furnace was not running and my house temperature was 63. It was neg degrees outside. Scott responded to my request with in two mins if not less. He headed straight to my house and fixed the problem in a very quick and efficient manner. He made the whole process easy and less frustrating for me. Scott responded to my request for a furnace service/tune-up quote within minutes. I had to call him a few times with questions and he actually answered his phone even though he was on a job. Very easy to work with. I made an appointment and he was able to work around our schedule. Showed up on time and called about a half hour before arriving. He did a complete tune-up and since I was out of town, called me to explain what he did. My furnace is about 28 years old so he checked the heat exchanger to make sure there were no cracks or leaking exhaust. Also checked cumbustion gases and other things to make sure everything was working properly. He said everything is working fine now and pointed out that because of the age of my furnace, I may want to think about replacement in 1-2 years. No pressure to replace it right away, just an honest assessment of the situation. I will be contacting Scott when I’m ready to replace the old unit. Great service, knows his stuff, very professional, give him a call!

My experience with Scott with Premium Heating & Cooling was absolutely top notch. Professional all the way through......the quick call back after posting my project, the appointment verification phone call the day before the service call, and showing up when he said he would all stand out. Scott treated me and my properties with total respect. I loved that he explained everything he was doing as he went through the service call, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. His pricing is fair and there was not even a hint of any kind of up sell. Scott is now my go to guy for HVAC, and I would recommend him to anyone!

He responds to your request in more than a timely matter. His follow through is awesome! He is very detailed and helps you understand what he did. His prices are great I would definitely recommend his services glad we found him!

Scott was excellent. He came within 2 hours when I called on a non emergency appointment. He gave me a repair option on my old a/c unit that would have bought me another year or two, but I had already decided I would replace the unit. He gave me a fair price quote and completed a unit replacement within 3 days. (The weather is currently cold, so there was no urgency.) All told, I had a HVAC guy I liked that went out of business. I have replaced him now with Premium, based on my experience.. Would recommend him to others. He is a nice guy and also makes sure you understand your options throughout the process.

Let’s put it this way, we didn’t even know his name an hourr ago. We checked HomeAdvisor and invited him for a quote and he got back to us within 20 minutes and he was here five minutes after that because he was in the area. Bottom line, an hour after we looked for assistance, our house is already 5° cooler thanks to Scott. He was extremely friendly and didn’t try to sell us extra. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Scott did such a wonderful job for us. With a 100 degree day hitting Milwaukee, Scott was already busy. But from the moment we spoke on the phone he was very transparent and helpful. He immediately offered his advice on how we can save money in the process. HVAC problems seem to happen on weekends or holidays Thanks to Scott and his team's ability and willingness to respond QUICKLY and with INTEGRITY (irregardless of the hour or day), my tenants rarely have to suffer the lack of heat or cool air. I am not very knowledgeable about HVAC. Scott takes the time to educate without overwhelming me with technical details. I have come to depend on his recommendations without seeking third-party opinions. His pricing is fair. If, for some reason, his repair doesn't fix the problem, he will return to address it again.
