Very reasonable prices

Found Scott through homesdvisor. We had installed a new Wi-Fi thermostat and it wasnâ t working. We had no heat and the house started to get cold. I called premium heating and cooling. Scott was out within the hour. He was quickly and easily able to fix our thermostat and get everything up and running again.

Scott called me approximately 5 minutes after my initial search on Home Advisor. Told me he was going to be in my area within a half-hour and asked if he could stop by then to address my heating problem. Scott was very courteous and professional. He was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs all within one hour. I would definitely recommend this company, and I will be calling them for any future needs.

Scott the owner called late Sunday afternoon to schedule a appointment to look at our A/C unit. He called the morning of to confirm the appointment time, and was right on time. He wasted no time in trouble shooting the unit, while at the same time engaging us in conversation. Problem found and fixed before we knew it. He then verified that everything was working as should be, and even gave us a quote on a new unit as we asked. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for A/C or heating services.

Responded promptly and was very considerate, I was a little uncertain during these coronavirus times to be meeting with anyone; I wore a mask and maintained social distancing and he asked if I would like him and his helper to do the same and I said yes. It was not a problem for him, he was very polite. He was thorough in examining the AC unit and the furnace and found the problem, explained my options clearly and we discussed pricing and possible other options. At no time did I feel pressured to choose one option over another, I made my decision and he took care of it. He also followed up the next day as promised. For the time he spent and the thoroughness with which he worked, took care of the issue and explained things to me, I will definitely call him again if I have another problem and when I am ready to buy a new unit in a year or two he will be the first person I turn to.

Furnace in my home stopped working. Went through Home Advisor and had one company come over. They had stated that I needed a new furnace.Scott had called and came over within 1 hour, checked my furnace and found that it was plugged. He did the repairs and running great again. This is the second time he had done work for me a year ago on my air conditioning unit.He does great work, honest and his prices are fair. I will not rely on anyone else, except for Scott. He is my permanent repair man.

Scott was very professional & quick to come tune up my furnace. Thoroughly explained what he did & how it was running. He did not try & sell me anything I didn't need.

He walked me through everything he was doing so that I understood the repair being made. He is friendly, courteous, and kept the work area neat and clean. I felt the pricing was fair.

Very efficient and prompt. Price was reasonable and he will drop off April Air filter later today with no additional charge over the price of the part. No delivery charge. Very knowledgeable about the product.

My furnace wasn't working so i called Scott. He called back rite away and came the next day found the problem and fixed it at a price I could afford. He was very friendly and worked with my schedule. It's hard to find someone to work on a mobile home furnace but he did great. I highly recommend him.

Great Experience!!

I hired them to diagnose a musty smell coming from our air conditioner. They had no ideas or suggestions to fix the problem and left without doing anything but collecting their service call fee.

Do not call me sweetheart. I kind of got a kick out of it at the time but it kind of bugged me later and probably bugs more women than you realize - but it seemed like it was nicely and respectfully meant

Premium Heating is my new go to for heating/cooling service. Air went out during the hottest weather of the season. Scott called and was at my house within a few hours. He installed a loaner window unit to use until installation of a new unit the very next day. Mike and Sean were here at seven sharp!! Very polite, conscientious workers. Install was done in a little over three hours. Scott came to insure job was complete. Pricing is also very competitive. Premium Heating earns a five star rating.
