Service was great. Bill Potter was very responsive and professional when meeting with us to give a quote and schedule a time for the work to be done. His guys did an awesome job and it was amazing how much better our yard looked. Price was extremely reasonable for the extensive amount of trimming that was needed.

Bill is very responsive to any calls/questions, and explained things well. The team removed the large, diseased tree in 3 hours and came back the 2nd day to grind the stump and remove all of the wood. They cleaned everything up well and were respectful of our property. He also took the time to discuss a future project with some ideas. I used them a few years ago also for pruning/trimming trees. Prices are very good. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a tree and a few shrubs recently. I tried finding someone to plant them, everyone else was too busy or it was too small a job for them. Bill Potter let me know he was extremely backed up with recent storm damage but he would try to stop by at least to give me a quote by the weekend. He called me Sunday afternoon, 30 min later they were here. They finished everything in an hour, then he trimmed a tree I put in a couple years ago, explained how to take care of my new tree. He probably spent close to an hour extra, didn't rush, did a wonderful job, very professional and pleasant to deal with. I'll be calling him again for some old trees that will need trimming. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Bill cut down two trees in my backyard last year. The price was reasonable and the team did an excellent job with a great price. I called Bill to trim my front yard magnolia tree this time. The price was only $65 to give my tree a nice spring trim. It looks wonderful now. From my first call to job completion was less than a week.

We first used Bill a couple of years ago for a and quot;before we put the house on the marketand quot; trim of all our trees. When we moved into our new home we needed some of the trees trimmed, especially the Willow Tree, we didn't even hesitate to call Bill. He has since trimmed the willow tree again this past fall. He does a great job for a fair price. Several of our neighbors have now used him as well.

They were absolutely excellent. He was prompt about giving me the estimate. I wanted to make sure the work was done before the snow started and he was great about giving me a time frame in which he'd get the work done as well. To make sure he was within that time frame, he did the work on a Sunday. When they did the work, they were very respectful of the property and plants they worked near. They cleaned up well and the work was done at a great price. I've recommended them others already.
