 + -1 moreWhile doing a good job, this is based as well on previous service about 1.5 year ago, the attention to customer request by this company desires a lot of improvement. During scheduling the job, it was agreed that the company would give us an advanced reminder about the upcoming service. To our surprise they called us 15 minutes prior arriving on the scheduled date. It was poor coincident that my wife was still at home and, therefore, the job was done as scheduled. In addition, they didn't at all pay attention to my request to leave down storm windows that are deteriorated and require repair. They just reinstalled them. As a result I have to hire another company to take them down.
Description of Work: Washing windows, from inside and out, including removable wooden storm windows.

 + -1 moreCame in on their quoted price. Showed up for estimate on time. Showed up to do the work on time and performed the work quickly and quietly. We have a lot of windows and a screened porch with storm inserts. They did an excellent job.

The morning of, we were called with the time the workmen would be here. The three men who came were familiar with the type of windows we had and easily took them apart to clean them. They were fast and efficient.

 + -1 moreThey did very well. This company really does a fantastic job.
Description of Work: New Brook has been cleaning my windows twice a year for the last 10 years. They call the night before and tell me when they will arrive, and they are always on time. I have custom windows that include 6 sets of patio doors, skylights, and custom sized windows that are difficult to reach and clean. They do both inside and outside and never make a mess. They even do the garage windows that include both first and second story windows. The thing I like the most is that the same employees have come for at least five years! They are very careful with both the outside landscaping and the inside knickknacks.
