The roof I ended up suing and won, leaks, no plywood before shingles. It took two months to do the roof and there was damage to my hardwood floors and drywall. The kitchen, cheep cabinets, the only drawer was an 8” drawer, the counter is buckling, doors and molding around the window were reused, etc., just an overall bad job on the kitchen remodel. The siding was the cheapest, weed-eater chops holes into it. Upstairs was contracted out drywall, the contractor came after me for non-payment. Any changes I made which were charged to me without any reduction in price on the contracted price when it was McNichols's idea. Threatened me for non-payment.

I bought a beautifully-made breadboard on-line, but it was a tad too wide for the "old breadboard" slot, the way it had been constructed when the house was built. I took the dimensions to Mike (to know the small amount to remove from the side of the new breadboard). He did a wonderful job. You'd never know the breadboard didn't come sized a little smaller. I've used Mike McNichols before, to install grab-bars in my late dad's bathroom. He is very fair, punctual, very professional, and a nice all-around guy. I HIGHLY recommend Mike McNichols for jobs you can't (or don't want to) do!

I didn't know who to call to install my new Kohler faucet and Mr. McNichols was recommended to me by a friend. He came out when the parts came from Kohler and waited around for an hour (which he charged me for) while I went to pick up the new toilet seat and light fixture as he advised me to do. He installed the faucet completely incorrectly (I know because I contacted Kohler which pictures of the work and they gave me a list of all the ways it was wrong) such that the faucet does not work at all and when I called to ask him to come look at it and fix his mistake he told me that I must have done something since he left for it not to work and refused to ever come back out here. I believe that he has taken advantage of me as a newly widowed woman and that he thinks he can walk all over me.

It went wonderfully. I fully and completely trust that Mike will do a fantastic job at whatever job he is hired to do. He installed the grab bars in the shower and near the toilet with precision and quality.

Excellent. I would use his services again. Communicated when he could start, and work was performed exactly as discussed. Very well done.

Never knew he was there, he stopped by and completed the job on the pillar and that was it. Hole is gone now lets hope it stays that way for a long long time!

Mike was quick to respond to my email request. Told him what I needed done and he got it done. That dang woodpecker made a nice hole at the very top of one of my front pillars, which happen to be on a two story townhouse..a very long way up. He got up on that ladder an fixed it up, along with tacking down ALL of the loose trim left unfinished from a previous contractor that I was not aware of until one of the storms must have caught it just right and took one section of it down and loosened up the rest. I will definitely be calling Mike back for a lot more and quot;handymanand quot; type jobs!

Working with Mike was a pleasure. He listened carefully to what we wanted, got the needed shelves and materials and did an excellent job of installing them. He was very professional. We will definitely hire him for future jobs around the house.

This was a small project. No project is too small for Mike. Mike arrived on time. He was both professional and friendly and completed all work as promised. He cleaned all areas prior to leaving. I would highly recommend McNichols Handyman Services for any handyman projects.

Service was excellent. Mike came to the house, estimated the repair and let me know a ballpark cost. Then he got all the materials, installed the trim, fixed the shelves, and cleaned up work area, leaving the room in great shape. I have used Mike as my handyman for several years now, and he's always very reliable, honest, and reasonable with his price estimates. He's also very resourceful. If he cannot fix something, he'll find someone for you who can.
