Description of Work: BOUGHT SWIMSPA FROM THEM IN JULY 2003. HEATER WENT JAN. 2005, SPA STILL UNDER WARRANTY. IT IS NOW END OF APRIL AND SPA STILL NOT FIXED. BIG PRICE TAG FOR ONLY ONE AND ONE HALF YEARS OF USAGE. IF THIS WERE A CAR IT WOULD BE A LEMON! WE WANT A REPLACEMENT BUT CAN GET NO ACTION FROM THIS COMPANY. WINTER IN WISCONSIN IS WHEN YOU WANT TO USE YOUR SPA EXCEPT IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
