Unbelievable snow removal service. We had Liban Quality Services remove snow from our investment properties in Milwaukee. They come when needed and do a great job salting. They even sweep snow off the garbage cans. Tenants are very happy and relieved they don't have to do the work where we are happy we don't have to worry about the liability. Thanks Liban's!

It started out with them coming to remove snow the first time when there was less than an inch of snow, and charging me $110 to clear the snow--$90 for the snow removal and $20 for the salt. When I called to complain I was told that "there was an inch at the airport", well guess what? I do not live at the airport!! It is pretty bad business practice to base when you do snow removal on a location 12 miles away from the location you are working on. I let it slide as we wanted to not deal with the snow removal this year. The second time I called I was complaining because they did not clear the snow fully from our driveway, and they scraped the paint off of my front porch with their shovels (and it was a light fluffy snow). The owner of the company was very defensive right away, I told him to have them not do the porch anymore but to do the driveway fully, and he continued to escalate the conversation until he was talking over me and yelling, not even letting me explain what I wanted. I ended up yelling back at him, as he would not listen to anything I had to say, he just wanted to give excuses and tell me I was wrong. I ended up hanging up on him and then sending in a cancellation of service that night. When I got my final bill I believe he charged me for more than they should have, as they charged twice on one day, where they came before it stopped snowing and then came back again, but according to the national weather service there was not as much snow as they are charging me for, even at the airport!! I am going to pay the bill to be rid of them, as I cannot prove how much snow was actually on the ground, but I would say you should steer clear of this company if you happen to watch how much you are being billed or you expect to have your complaints addressed appropriately instead of being yelled at.

I have used Liban's for snow removal for several years. They are always on the ball -- snow barely hits the pavement, and they clear it. OK, that's a little bit of an exaggeration, but they are totally reliable and I never worry about being able to get into or out of my steep, curved driveway. Price per plow is the same as other services I have tried. I do spend a bit more over the course of a typical winter, but that is because Liban's sometimes comes out a couple times during a storm (rather than waiting for the storm to be completely over). I like that approach because it keeps the driveway pretty clear all the time. I also like that they bill on a "pay as you go" basis -- not upfront for the season. This seems fair to both parties. My contract calls for snow removal when the amount of snow is 2" or more, and that helps keep costs in line. They also offer 1" contracts for those who really need/want to have someone do all their snow removal. There was one time where Liban's came to plow for me after only an inch had fallen, and when I asked Jack Liban about that, he removed that charge from my bill without any hesitation. Good customer service! Highly recommended.
