I saw online that Leaf Police does snow removal and it says on their website to call anytime and how responsive they are. I spoke with someone who sounded great and he said he would come by to look at my property which he did within a couple of days. I tried calling him to follow up after several more days and his voicemail said texting him was also welcome, which I did. He never responded to me with a call or email much less an estimate. If he couldn't help me, I would have appreciated him communicating that so I could pursue other estimates more quickly. I consider that unreliable. I would not use Leaf Police for any other services in the future as a result.
