Larkin Painting

Larkin painting came in and gave us a quote on the interior of our home. We needed the walls and woodwork done. The bathroom we wanted wallpaper in. The price that they gave us seemed fair but we wanted to get 3 prices. Larkin painting came in the middle range of cost not the most expensive but not the cheapest price, so we went with their price because we felt comfortable with them being in our home. They came in and covered up our floors completely even in the hallway where they walked through they covered up. They sarted by cleaning all of our woodwork, then sanded the old varnish off, stained it where needed, then put 3 coats of varnish. The woodwork looked great. The walls were cracked and were in pretty bad shape so they filled all the cracks and holes and then sanded it and put texture to make it blend in with the surounding walls. What I really like is that when they did the sanding they put plastic up so as to not get our other rooms dusty. They then primed and painted our walls. I thought they were great with helping us pick out the colors because my husband and myself had no clue! After they were done they vacumed up our carpet and actually left it cleaner than before they came. The walls in our bathroom had wallpaper that i just hated.The old paper was removed and new very elegant paper was put up. All the cuts and tough spots were done very professionally. Overall my experience with Larkin Painting was great and I would reccomend them to anyone who needs painting done and hates or does know how to, like myself. When the weather gets better outside we plan on having Ben and his guys come give us a price on the exterior of our home,
