Description of Work: Kathy had my house sparkling clean in 3 hrs. just as she had estimated. she washes the floors by hand, dusts everything and vacumns all carpeting. cleans bathrooms completely. she does a great job.

Description of Work: First of all, my house is a pain to clean. It is old with lots of places to catch dust. I also have 2 cats and 2 dogs. Kathy has worked for me for over twenty years. When Kathy comes: The first and second floors are cleaned. Sometimes the third floor is substituted for the second floor. All floors are vacuumed, then hardwood or tile floors (or stairs) are hand washed. Counters, faucets and sinks in 2 baths and kitchen are scrubbed. Mirrors cleaned. Cabinets wiped down. Microwave cleaned. Toilets (not in the kitchen) are spotless. Everything is dusted. Pictures on the wall are dusted. Lots of things I'm not even thinking of get done, so the house really looks really nice when she's done. Often I have special projects such as a special china cabinet cleaning, windows, radiator "dust busting" etc and that's OK too. When she is done, she goes over the hardwood and tile floors again, with a Swiffer. She has tons of energy. I trust Kathy. She has never missed an appointment. She takes pride in her work. She has always had the key to my house.

+ -1 moreI was in need of someone to help me keep up with the house cleaning b/c of my travel schedule. I found Kathy's name while at a stop light....she advertises her company, services and number. When I called she was very nice and responsive to my request. We met less than 24 hours later....Kathy was very easy to talk to, she gave me an estimate that was based on the amount of time it would take to do the job....and she was right on...it took 3 hours to clean my house from top to bottom and I couldn't be happier. When I walked in the house it was spotless and fragrant....she exceeded my expectations and that is why I now have a regular every 2 week schedule with Kathy.
