I called at 8:00 In the morning and they were able to get someone out between 10:30 and 1:30 the same day. Richard B was my technician and he was very professional and in addition to fixing the spring checked out both garage doors and made sure they were working properly. He explained everything to me. I called Joe Wilde Company to fix a broken spring on my garage door. Within an hour a technician showed up to assess the problem. When Richard Bourget arrived he assessed the problem of a broken spring. Richard was very professional and said he didn’t understand why there was only one spring on the garage door when it was installed. Richard weighed the garage door and said it was too heavy for one spring and suggested installing two springs for this door, which I had to agree with him. Richard worked diligently and professionally installing the springs and then adjusted the door. Richard is a great technician and very knowledgeable.

When our garage door opener stopped working, I called Joe Wilde on a Saturday morning. They said that they could have somebody at our house on Monday. Rick B showed up, looked up at the at the loose chain and diagnosed the problem. He quoted me a price to repair the existing opener or replace it. I chose the repair. The repair took less time than estimated, so the charge was less than the quote. He also showed me how to lubricate the door and explained the importance of that. I was quite pleased with Joe Wilde, again!

Plumber prices for a not so complex job.

I called in the morning and was told a repairman would be out between noon and 3PM. Mike arrived about 1PM, replaced both springs and had the garage door opener in working condition in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and informative.

Mike arrived within the scheduled time range and got right to work. He replaced the 20 foot long weather seal at the bottom of my 30 year old garage door. The garage floor was crested but he made adjustments at each end of the door to eliminate the 1/2 inch gaps that had existed between the floor and original weather seal. He did an excellent job!

Service man (Mike) arrived in the time window specified and reinstalled and reinforced the header board. He then checked the door balance, lubed the hinges and adjusted the opening and closing settings. Everything went well and quickly. Very happy with the result.

Joe Wilde Company installed a GDO about four years ago, so they were my first choice to call when we started having problems with the door not closing reliably. I thought the eyes may have been out of alignment, but a closer inspection showed out some torn weatherstripping would rub against the door and cause a fault. The technician made a recommendation and on the repair and his price projection was very close. The technician was skilled and professional.
