Very professional, arrived on time and called ahead to make sure I would be home. Upon arrival and inspecting the doors, found the problems and corrected them immediately. Again, originally I was told there would be a service charge for coming out plus any parts and labor, but upon seeing what needed to be done, he completed the work and stated there was no charge, as I was only three weeks out of Warranty and it would be covered. It should also be noted that when the garage doors were first ordered and installed the customer service at the shop was tremendous as well. Would recommend Joe Wilde to anyone.

They responded when scheduled on the 4th. They promptly removed the existing garage door opener and installed the new garage door opener. They did a very professional job removing the existing garage door opener and installing the new garage door opener. Their pricing, although not the cheapest, is good value for the services received given the quality of their work and the prompt performance of their services.

We have used this company years ago to replace the garage door and install a garage door opener we provided. This particular service call was to replace the garage door springs that broke the evening before with new springs. They responded 1st thing the next AM and promptly replaced the broken springs. As in the past their work was conducted professionally. Their pricing, although not the cheapest, it is good value for the services received.

Called at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, and service man was here at 4pm. Repaired door and added extra angle iron to reinforce connection from door to opener at no extra charge. Will call Wilde again for any future garage door issue.

Called at 2pm on a Friday for service, and at 2:45pm service guy, Todd arrived. Can't beat that for responsiveness. Todd was very pleasant and worked efficiently. He even added an angle iron to my door where the opener track is attached because of a crack that occurred during the door failure at no extra charge. He said the retainer that is 25 years old did not look too bad, so he just replaced the seal. He also lubed all the rollers. I don't think you would be disappointed to hire Joe Wilde Co.

I've used them for about 16 years. Their responsiveness, quality, their technicians and price keeps me using them. They do a lot for what they charge.

Great. When I called for the service the person on the phone suggested that I clean the sensors and it might resolve the problem. How nice was that!!! It did not and Wilde came out and replaced sensors which were likely corroded over time. The technician who came out did a great job, also performing some routine maintenance and answering all questions knowledgeably!

Calling Wilder is alway pleasant when Zak answers - for such a young man he is so good with good service. Always makes sure our needs are met. We had Mike as the tech. He know his business. Always willing to do a little extra to make sure you are happy.

The job went well. I contacted the Joe Wilde Company because they had done the original installation in 2006. I made contact using their website and was promptly called the next business day. An appointment was scheduled the next day. The technician (Mike) called before arriving. He replaced both torsion springs and all of the associated hardware. I could tell this wasn't Mike's first rodeo. He did a very professional job and with great attention to detail. He made adjustments to the garage door opener and ensured that all was functioning perfectly.

Mike arrived within 2 hours of me calling them, and completed the job within an hour. We have always used Joe Wilde Co for all of our needs. Always extremely satisfied.

Company called with time of arrival. Two workers here for 5 hours re moving old garage door and replacing. Complete clean up.

I was most pleased with the whole process. The technician was efficient and kind. He explained, quite patiently, how the transmitters work and how to reprogram them if needed. The garage door works as well, if not better, than it ever has. The whole experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this company.

Called them in the morning when my garage door opener stopped working. They were at my home a few hours later to install the new belt drive garage opener. They did a very nice job. Will use them in a few years when it's time for a new garage door.

Mike showed up as planned, same day I called for repair. he completed the repair quickly and explained the steps as he worked.

The installer performed the work quickly and professionally. The old opener and track were taken away. The price also included two remote openers and a keypad for outside the door.

Arrived on schedule and was very conscientious, and put a lot of effort into getting the garage door open. He was capable and efficient in doing his work.
