Description of Work: My garage door opener broke right before I had to leave for a class. I contacted them when I got back around 9:00pm and (I don't remember his name) came out on his way home to look at it and close my garage door for me. He then had someone out the next day while I was at work to install a new door. Both individuals were very courteous and professional.

Disconnect/Reconnect garage door opener. | |How it went: |The installer that came on site was a very experienced installer, that did an excellent job. Nice guy, good to talk to, and the end product showed his many years of installation experience. Overall an excellent experience.

Description of Work: Our thirty year old garage door got stuck in a crooked position due to a malfunction on our equally old opener. A rep came out right away and fixed it on site. We figured we would have to buy a new opener or door, but he assured us that while it was something to think about in the future we still had some time to think it over with a simple repair. He was great, and we will most likely use them when it comes time to replace the system.

Description of Work: Replaced old garage door opener with new Chamberlain opener with remote entry. The installers were very professional and answered all my questions. They made sure the remote entry was programmed to my code and worked well. This is the second garage door opener we have replaced with them and we would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had a spring break on our garage door. They came out and replaced both springs. Our technician was very professional and courteous. He took the time to educate us on the issue and our garage door. He even made sure to not oversell services to us and do exactly what we needed. Would recommend their services to anyone.
