Description of Work: This was for garage door repair. One of the cables rusted-out and snapped. We called to have it replaced. It was disclosed that someone. Installed the wrong springs. These springs were too weak. We had the springs replaced also. Thanks to Joe Wilde for taking the extra step for us. Our door broke on Sunday and by Monday afternoon it was fixed---and fixed properly.
