Excellent - rep was polite and professional and very thorough. They serviced our door the same day we called for an appointment. We were lucky they had a cancellation and fit us into their schedule.

My garage door spring broke late on a Friday night. I called first thing Saturday morning and was given the options of Tuesday for standard charges or that same day (Saturday for an additional $48). I opted for the Saturday and repairman arrived at promised time, less than 2 hours from the time of the call. Not only was it repaired, but the repairman showed me what seasonal adjustments I can check/make to keep spring and door working properly and potentially increasing the life of the spring since the last one lasted less than 7 years.

I received a call 15 minutes before the technician came. He was professional and did the repair quickly and made sure both remotes were working properly before he left. He repaired two bottom hinges that were in bad shape and I feel that saved me a future service call and charge. He explained his charges and the adjustments to the settings and why, for safety reasons, it was important to do so.

Would hire them back for any other service they provide. Very professional and helpful.

Very wllI thought I a had a bigger problem than it was. Serviced the doors rollers tightened up chain on lift, then removed the light cover. The unit now operates very quite now. This second tome I have used this company and yes I going to use them in spring to put in new unit, new springs anew sensors. These men are pros and reasonable price John Cole well smooth I described the problem in the first question.

Serviceman called ahead and arrived earlier then anticipated. Explained what he was going to do. Worked steadily. Reviewed reasons for change in the end.

I noticed some screws on the ground in my garage. I looked up and could see that the garage door was barely attached. I called Joe Wilde Co and got an appointment within a few days. The technician who came out, Mike, was awesome. He diagnosed the problem quickly, told me what he proposed, and provided a reasonable estimate of cost. He patiently answered all of my questions. He discovered an additional problem and explained the fix for that as well. I am very happy with the service Mike provided. The cost was very reasonable.

Poor communication between schedular and repairman. We were told 10am to noon. He arrived at 3:30 unaware of what we'd been told. After that all went "very" well.

They were very responsive to my call and came about a hour or so later (after the current call the technician was on). He accessed the situation and had everything fixed in under an hour! I was so relived to have our garage door working again. He had me test it before he left as well to make sure that everything was fixed proper. He went over what he fixed and made sure I had their contact information if I need anything in the future.

Mike was 20 min early & stayed longer than I expected because he wanted everything to work well, and it does.

The install team was great. They were on time an professional. They even helped get the garage door runners better aligned since it was new construction. Also took the time to answer any questions i had.

Was done Quickly and at less cost than originally estimated.

Overall, it was great. Mike was on time and stayed later than expected. We were scheduled for a new opener when Mike found out that wasn’t the problem. Mike fixed the issue even though it took longer than the time he had.
