I discovered the broken cable at night and called first thing the next morning. They added me to the service schedule for that same morning. The technician was at my house by 11:00 AM, and had the garage door working in 30 minutes.

Just great. Ryan came at the appointed time, saw the problem right away, fixed what he could and said he had to return the next day with a special tool to finish. Came on time the next day, did the work quickly, paid attention to lots of details, and was very accommodating to me and my sick mother. I couldn't think of any better service than this.

The experience went good. This is the second or third time I've used them. They are always on time and were able to fix the problem. They are very nice and courteous workers. They are quite knowledgeable in what they are doing. They worked really fast and got it done quickly.

While leaving for work at 6:45 AM, the garage door began to vibrate and make a horrible grinding noise. It would not open far enough for me to get my car out, and when I tried to close it - the same loud vibrating. The door stopped about 2 feet from the bottom. I called Wilde Garage Door at 7:30 AM, they took the information and asked that I call back at 8:15 am when they could give me a 2 hour window. When I called back - they gave me a window of 11:00AM - 1:00PM. The gentleman arrived at 11:45 AM, gave me an estimate of $140 - 160. I was so thankful they could come the same day that the price seemed very reasonable. He was at the house for about an hour and the actual bill was less than the estimate. The gentleman who did the work was efficient and friendly. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone!

They were able to come the next day. They arrived at the time stated and quickly assessed and repaired the problem door - as well as checking out and performing minor maintenance on the other garage door!

Everything done in a professional and timely manner. Very nice people to deal with.

Overall I was pleased with their service. I really like the new units which were installed. The only issues I had were: 1) They were to install a keyless remote entry pad as well on the day of installation; however, they did not bring the unit with them and had to reschedule another appointment. 2) One of the unit arms was not installed properly and broke within 2 mos. of installation-they were very responsive and arrived the next day to fix the unit.

They were very friendly and helpful. Didn't charge for a service I would have paid for.

He was very helpful considering it was very cold day that day. I was in a hurry so tried to be as prompt as he possibly could be. He was a very nice guy.

I needed a replacement strut for the 40 year-old garage door, which had been purchased from Wilde and Company at that time. The staff member was friendly and helpful. They had it in stock, demonstrated installation and it was an easy do-it-yourself project.

This company seemed to be very good, I did like them however they were more expensive than the person I chose.

Overall, we are very pleased. Our garage door appears to be tight and we do not anticipate having snow or wind issues this winter. We felt the cost of labor may have been a bit high @ $85.00 per hour. But, overall, we are finally happy knowing the job was finally done right! We highly recommend them.

Coming home one evening I found that both springs on our garage door were broken when my opener wouldn't raise the door. I called Wilde at 7:30 the next morning and was told they could come out that day. I was given a time frame between 11:00 and 1:00. The serviceman arrived about 12:00. He was very pleasant and went right to work! I went out to check how things were going and he was just finishing up. When I called in I had mentioned that the weather seal on bottom of both doors needed replacing, if they had time. I was very pleased to see that the seals were replaced!

We called them late in the day and they came out first thing the next morning. They fixed it on the spot because they were able to tell what had broke over the phone.

I called and requested service on a Tuesday. The person who scheduled the appointment said that they wouldn't be able to get someone out until the following Monday. He asked if that was OK and I agreed to wait. I described the problem and was told that they thought it was probably the limit switch and suggested that we open and close the door as little as possible until it was fixed. The technician showed up within the hours promised and replaced the limit switch.

Overall the quality of work and help in selection of a good garage door opener was excellent. They took the time over the phone to discuss the pros/cons of the different type of garage door openers. The installer was great but I gave the professionalism of the installer a B because he was not very friendly. Don't get me wrong, he was a great worker and got the job done but he didn't really like to talk about what he was doing or why. Even when asked a basic question to help the homeowner learn more about the use of the unit.

They diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. They are very courteous and did what they had to do.

The gave me an appointment in a timely manner and gave me an approximate arrival time of 11am to 1pm. He arrived in that time period. Was polite and got right to work. My garage door was making horrible noises so I was worried that one day it would just quit working. Payment method is convenient as they accept either a check or a credit card.

Arrived on time. Completed work in very timely manner. Removed old parts and left garage in clean condition. Returned for a fine tuning adjustment the following day. Pleasant and efficient.

Very professional and nice people. Nice talking on the phone too. They were prompt. I am very happy with this company. The new remotes turned out to be not working because the opener was old model. When we found out that one of the new remotes was not working, they sent a person back to look at it, and when he found the model did not accept new one, they offered either a refund or install a new opener.

Everything went very well. Scheduling a prompt appointment was easy, work was performed quickly and completely. I was even given a few tips on the future of my system.

They are so easy to work with. I called on Monday, and the service technician was at our house midday Tuesday. He could not have been more pleasant, helpful or informative.

Called in morning as instructed for the range of time to expect someone which they said was between 2:30-4:30. Person arrived at 3:10 and within 20 minutes diagnosed problem. We wanted a replacement, and he stayed late to do the job. It was a bitterly cold day on top of it. Finished in two hours as he estimated. I really appreciated his staying to finish. We had a problem getting the remote to work from the inside of the house, and when I called, I got helpful advice and the offer to have them come back to help figure out the problem. Very happy with everything!
