I had asked for the repair man to call one hour before he planned on arriving at my condo. I'm single and was at work so needed to get home to meet him. He did call one hour before arrival and arrived exactly when he said he would. The technician was very efficient, friendly and explained things I can do to keep the garage door well maintained. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I need to have a garage door panel replaced and will use the same provider.

One of the springs on our garage door broke on a Saturday and Joe Wilde came out and replaced the spring within a few hours. They were pleasant to deal with on the phone. The technician sent out didn't say a lot, but got right to work and did a great job replacing the springs.

Needed new garage door opener and got it installed almost immediately.

They were on-time, professional, and really seemed to care about the product and my satisfaction. The installer offered several tips on maintaining my opener, door and rollers.

They came out promptly to do the estimate and explained everything thoroughly. We have a very old garage, which had two different-sized openings. The estimator suggested adding wood trim to make the openings match, which we did, and we are very happy with the improved appearance. The estimator also gave us a handout that explained how much room in our garage had to be cleared for the installer - very helpful. The installer came out right on time, worked quickly and cleaned up when finished. The new doors, and new trim, look great. Would definitely use Wilde again.

I called late Friday afternoon to ask for a service man to come out to repair a broken spring on my garage door. I got an appointment for Monday morning and an estimate of between $200 and $250. The service man, Stanley, arrived within the two hour window I was given and told me how much it would cost to replace one or both springs. He replaced both springs at my request and the total price was within the range I had been quoted when I first called ($97 for parts, $125 for labor). The entire job took about an hour. Both people I dealt with were polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again and they will be the first company I call when I eventually have to replace the garage door.

Arrived early. Told him we needed more time. He came back 1 hour later. It was perfect !

Our Garage Door wasn't working properly, and requested an estimate for a new garage door opener. After a quick inspection the technician identified the problem as a broken spring. Replaced both springs, as well as the bottom rollers on the door, and cables. Total material Cost ws $139, Labor was $157 (it was a Saturday) total cost $296.00. They came out quickly identified the problem, and fixed it in a matter of hours, also gave us an estimate for an opener, but told us that ours was working fine.

I contacted the company after seeing their listing on Angie's list and seeing a TV commercial. They promptly set up an appointment to meet my personal schedule and called me several days before to give me a "time window". They arrived at the early end of their scheduled time and installed the opener well within their estimate. The work was done neatly and the workman was professional, pleasant and answered all my questions. The cost of the unit plus installation was within my expectations after researching just the cost of garage door openers at home improvement stores. I would use this company again.

As usual (We've had service from them before) the service man was courteous, explained all phases pf replacement of part.

They did excellent work and cleaned up very well when finished. They were about two weeks later than estimated in starting the job due to a backlog of work orders.

They are a very good company. The last time around, they lubricated and did maintenance work on the garage door opener. The work went very well. They were responsive, polite and easy to deal with. Their prices were good. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, we are planning on having an awning installed by them.

Very professional and efficient. New opener was installed and tested, however problem due to warping of garage door prevented door from closing after installer had left. This was not the installer's fault. I immediately contacted Joe Wilde and they sent a service rep immediately back to our house to correct this issue. I highly recommend this company's services and am very pleased to do so.
