Called Wilde because door wouldn't open without over riding a system. They came out the next morning, right on time. Didn't have the parts, said they would return the next day and fix the door. Gave me an estimate for the work. Again the next morning they were here right on time. Even though they gave a two-hour appointment window, they were here at the earliest part of the window each day. Technician was cheerful, polite and efficient. The repair was successful and the Wilde man showed me a few procedures to use in cold weather (automatic doors can be affected by severe changes in temperatures), demonstrated the door, showing balance and giving me a refresher course on manual operation. The final price was over $40 LESS than estimated. I have used Wilde before and will use them again. I wouldn't bother with anyone else.

Found Joe Wilde on Angie's List, called to get estimate and set up appointment. We were serviced within two days. Price was very reasonable and representatives were very friendly and helpful.

He arrived on time. Was totally professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done. He made sure my opener and door were working perfectly. Even though my opener is 21 years old, he did not try to talk into a new one. Joe Wilde is a very honest company.

Excellent! This serviceman was extremely knowlegeable about this particular and I'm sure all garage door openers. He was quick in his assessment, finding it needed new fuses - which aren't made anymore because this unit was discontinued almost 10 years ago. But this man, saving parts figuring you never know when you'll need them, had the needed fuses on his truck! With this, he quickly solved the problem. He probably save us a couple hundred dollars! He was very professional & efficient & checked the complete function of the opener for safety.

Drove out to Wilde showroom to try out different openers. Glad I did. After being able to see and hear the different operators, I chose one I didn't expect to be a match. Installation was scheduled for a few days later. The serviceman was on time, knowledgeable, and was in and out in about an hour. The old operator was only 6 years old but never did work correctly or predictably. I chose the Genie, belt drive opener. There is a room above the garage and we were always bothered by the old operator's vibration and loud noise. This new opener is so quiet, I can barely hear the garage door when I'm in the garage and in my car. I have to look up to see if it's actually moving. I wholeheartily recommend this company. So refreshing to work with a business that says what it does and does what it says!

The repair technician arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem, then repaired the cable within 445 minutes. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

I have had springs replaced on my garage door because they were old. Old springs could not be adjusted. Replaced coupler with genie 900 garage door opener

The serviceman arrived on time (15 or 20 minutes early, actually) and was pleasant and professional. He told me what work he would be doing before he began and explained how and why. He replaced the springs with heavier duty springs, fixed the bearings for the torsion rod (which had been installed incorrectly by the previous owner of the house or his contractor), re-tensioned the cables to prevent slack, lubricated the tracks and rollers and replaced the carriage which connects the garage door to the screw drive on my opener (which had been damaged by attempting to open the door with a broken spring). He tested the reverse sensing (optical and mechanical) and suggested an adjustment to the opening force for safety/reliability purposes. He gave me tips on maintenance and was on his way in about an hour.
