I called and made an appointment for them to come over to fix the door. Because of my work schedule I had to make the appointment for a Saturday. The man I spoke with explained that the service fee would be increased because the work would be done over the weekend. He was very detailed about what the job would cost. The day that the service was provided the technician was very timely, diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what needed to be done - some parts replaced, rust removed, reset door opener and changed the springs (which were getting close to the point where they would need to be replaced.) The job was done quickly and well. Charge was very close to the estimate provided. I've hired this company several times and they never disappoint.

They were really excellent. We got them from Angie's List. They have an excellent follow-up. We called them and they got back to us right away with a guy. The guy who came over was very very good, spotted the problem that was obvious to the trained eye and took care of that for us. We were very happy with that.

We were amazed at how quickly the new door was put in. They even had to modify some of the support brackets so that the door was properly reinforced for the garage door opener (the old brackets were insufficient). We would gladly contract directly through Wilde next time now that we have seen their service. Overall, we were very pleased.

The door works perfectly. We have used the Joe Wilde Company before and they provide excellent and expedient service!

Tech was 90 minutes late but service was completed promptly once he arrived.

I called and left a message. When he came to look at it he said he could fix it. They did a perfect job. They were reasonable priced. I was pleased with the timeline. There was no mess.

Our deck receives direct sunlight all afternoon and evening and our patio umbrella wasn't working in the evening when we wanted to sit outside. We originally contacted the company to come out and give us a quote for an awning, but they said that an awning wouldn't give us the shade we were looking for. Instead they suggested mounting a 6' shade to the side of our house, which extends about 10 feet across and attaches to a post. They servicemen delivered the unit and installed it relatively quickly and with no mess. It looks and works great. We now have the shade were were looking for when sitting outside in the evening. Highly recommend!

We have a garage door opener that weren't working properly, we called them up because they are known in the community. The guy came over and did a little something which my wife doesn't understand what he really did and told her the garage door wasn't going to work any better than it was and he need to replace the whole door and gave us a bill of $95; he did some repair but she's not sure what it was because it didn't change the inoperable door. He just proceeded to tell her that door was no good and needed to be replaced. I didn't want to replace the door, I wanted to see if I could get the door fixed. And then she proceeded to find another door company off of Craigslist and they came over within half an hour and have the door fixed and it was working properly and charged us $75 for that. So it gives me the impression that Wilde Company wants to sell us new garage door. He didn't fix anything.

Went to the show room in New Berlin, sales team was friendly, helpful and explained my options. Storm door prices included install. Once I picked out the storm doors the salesman explained the process. I would need to schedule an appointment with a person to come out and measure and at that time I would place my order and put half down. The doors take two weeks to be delivered, when they arrive you schedule to have them installed could be another two weeks, process is around a month. Doors came in and scheduled the install,guy came to install, should have taken two hours for one door. He spent four hours on one door. At one point he left to help out on another job. He started to install the second door but put the hinges on the wrong side, apologized for the mistake and said he would have to re-order the door. Another month later the second door was installed correctly. The doors are great just had an issue with the installation.

I thought that they were on time. The staff that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing which I thought was very very sweet and he was also fast.

Arrived on time completed work in a professional manner & in a reasonable amount of time.

Jefferson came at 7.30am and was suppose to call first. He did everything in a widely fashion and cleaned up mess before he left.

Joe Wilde Company Inc were very good. I thought it was a little pricey but then again the services are good that you're willing to pay the price.

Technician arrived early. Very pleasant and knowledgeable explained issues clearly.

Mike worked hard an did a good job. He had pride in his work.

The technician arrive at the appointed time and was very professional. The door works properly and the technician both removed the old door as well as cleaning up any other debris. Very satisfied and pleased.

I had called in the morning and they were pretty booked , but said they had a technician in the area that afternoon and would try to squeeze me in. They called and were at my house within 30 minutes. The technician was very nice and professional. He knew the problem right away and suggested a resolution. He had the parts with him and was able to fix in about and hour and a half. I thought it was very good service.

Called Joe Wilde at 7:30 AM and the man I spoke to (Ron, I believe his name was) was very sympathetic and helpful. I had explained that my nearly 90 year old father was at my house trying to repair the door himself and I was worried he'd hurt himself. Rob said they were booked solid but would see if there was someone available that would at least be able to help get the door up so I could get the car out. Thank you so much!
