Curtis was on time, explained everything, answered all questions and did a good job. He was efficient, neat and helpful.

Called emergency line on Sunday, said I could wait until Monday. They called first thing Monday morning and set-up the appt. for 9am, arrived early and repaired with no issue. Was able to get my car out and on with my life.

I was referred by my home warranty company for a repair to the garage in the home I just bought. The phone system was a pain but once I reached a person, they were very responsive and coordinated with the warranty company well. They came when they said they would come, handled the problem efficiently, and were very professional.

The man was on time, explained the problem and fixed it. He was very nice and courteous.

Replaced sensors to garage door opener. Also noticed overly loud noise from springs, then proceeded to stretch and oil them, while providing detail as to the work he was performing. Great rationale and awesome representative for Joe Wilde. Simply, I will only use Joe Wilde in the future for my garage needs.

One night I realized that one of the springs on our garage door had broken when the door wouldn't open. I briefly considered doing the work myself, but after finding out what was involved as well as the risks, I decided to have a professional do it. I noticed a sticker on the door for Joe Wilde, so I decided to give them a call after seeing all the good reviews on Angie's List. Luckily, a technician was able to come out within a couple days to do the work. He was very friendly and professional, and completed the job without any issues. He even mentioned that he would upgrade the springs as well as other parts so that they would last longer. After researching online, I found that the price was fair and was very happy with their responsiveness and work. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I called late in the afternoon on 2-19 and the set up an appointment for 2-20. They came around 4 pm. He had parts on the truck and was able to replace the broken spring in a short amount of time. He did a great job of cleaning up. He also checked and lubed all of the rollers. He made sure the garage opener was working okay. He explained everything he did. He was very nice and professional.

Randy of the Joe Wilde Co arrived on time a day after calling with the part and in less than an hour had the door working. I recommend the Joe Wilde Co to anyone that has a garage door issue.

Kurtis was on time. He was very friendly and professional. Gave me a estimate of time to complete the job and finished 1/2 early. Did a great job of cleaning up and removing the old parts. Told me how to operate the new system and showed me all of the features.

They were easy to work with and responded quickly to phone calls. I felt the salesman was thorough in his explanation of the products and did not try to steer me to a more expensive model than was really necessary. They installed the door on the day they promised, which was very impressive, because there had been a lot of subzero temperature days in the week prior to our installation, and I had expected a call saying that they were behind schedule because of that.|Only 2 issues I had were: 1) The day they started work, they arrived 30-45 minutes late- not a big deal, but I had rushed home to meet them, so a bit frustrating. 2) I wasn't able to use the Angie's List coupon as I expected b/c the door we bought was on sale. However, the total price was still about $50 cheaper than a comparable door from any competitors.

Excellent experience...sprocket broke late Monday afternoon (weather -10 degrees so real problem) and technician was here at 1pm (on time) today as promised. Gentleman was courteous and respectful of our home, explained issue succinctly, answered questions clearly and completed the repair efficiently. We had a chain break last summer, called the service manager and experienced the same excellent attention. We sincerely recommenrd this company.

First, a repair man came out to look at the old garage door opener, which was opening and closing on its own. He came the day after I called for service. I had done considerable research on the Internet on my own and had tried a few simple fixes, too, and he had almost nothing to add to what I already knew. Since there was nothing more to be done, and since the opener was almost 20 years old, we both agreed it needed to be replaced. I was disappointed that it would be a week until that could be done, since until then I was left with the option of unhooking my garage door from the opener with no way to get in or out of my garage from the outside, or having an unreliable opener, leaving my house and garage vulnerable if it opened while I was gone or at night. The installation went smoothly and I am very happy with the new opener and price they provided. They installer was very polite and pleasant and came when he said he would, calling the day before to verify. He cleaned up well afterward. There was just one hitch. I had to go up on a stepladder to press the train/learn button to train the Homelink button on my car to open the garage door, which I use instead of the provided remotes, and when I did, an L-shaped piece of metal, probably from the old motor (because it didn't match the metal strips used to secure the new motor), fell on my forehead and glasses, cutting my forehead a little bit. The price I give below includes both the service call and the installation of the opener.
