This is an awesome and caring company! Recently upon arrival home from my husband's radiation treatment, the garage door slammed down and both coils broke. The radiation treatments are daily and I could not lift the door to get the car outside the garage for the next morning. Zach at the company rearranged their schedule and had two technicians at our home early the next morning. In no time at all, Scott and Mike M. replaced both coils and adjusted the door. Worked perfectly when they were finished, and we made our medical treatment that day, thanks to a great company!

Everything went well. I had someone out to give me a quote within 24 hours. The new garage door was installed about a week later. The workers actually arrived 15 minutes early and got the door done an hour earlier than estimated.

It went great right from the first call I made. The service techs were on time, very professional and got the job done very quickly. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

We have been a satisfied Joe Wilde customer since 1999 for garage door repairs. The sales person, Ron, was great. He answered all questions, made suggestions, and sent large samples of colors/finishes home with us. When we struggled with our final selection, he looked up other jobs and sent us to nearby homes to see installed doors of the styles that we were considering. The installers were punctual, hard working, and personable. I'm writing this review one year after the installation and we couldn't be happier with our choice of door and Joe Wilde.

They did a fine job removing the old door and installing a new one. It was a straight forward job that they performed efficiently. My wife said the men were polite.

Received prompt service, technician was friendly, professional, and he took time to share a few tips on how to keep the door working efficiently.

Work was done well. I was given a morning appointment but the tech didn't arrive until 3pm due to troublesome jobs earlier in the day.

Was very happy with the service. Installer was professional, courteous and took the time to show me how to use the keypad and also how to change the battery. I will use them again with any problems I have with the garage door.

As always, we received excellent service. The staff is awesome!

Joe Wilde Co. replaced our garage door opener with a new Liftmaster system. We love the new system and it was a very smooth experience.

We have used this company for years. They replace our garage door opener and do maintenance almost every year. They are reasonable in cost, very knowledgeable, come very quickly (even with no emergency) and do a great job!

I am very satisfied. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable.

The springs lasted for 3 years and 3 months. Half their expected life time of 5-7 years. We open our garage door less than average as I travel a lot. Springs were likely lower quality. Makes me wonder if this company installs lower quality products to get you again. Very disappointed. We do not abuse the garage door.

Buyers beware. I ordered a Clopay premium garage door with a window, was quoted a fair price and placed my down payment. I received a call from Joe Wilde stating the window I wanted was only available with a more expensive door and it would cost about $800 more ($1,980.00 excluding the window). I contact the vendor, Clopay, directly only to find out that was not true and advised Joe Wilde I had done so. They said there was an ordering issue and the original premium door was in fact available at the quoted price. I visited the office again to finalize the deal only to be told the window I wanted actually cost $150.00 more than the $332.00 quoted, but because of the mix up they would only charge me $100.00 extra. I am moving on as, at this point, I have trust issues with the company. In addition, I never received an apology. Only a comment "I understand" when I stated this had not been a good experience. In their defense the tech, Mark, that came out to measure was professional, on time and very knowledgeable.

The technician was VERY professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the garage door very quickly. He also serviced the door, chain and opener and programmed new garage door openers.

New replacement worked. Service person then oiled the hinges, check overall operating function and answered several questions that I had.
