Very positive experience. Called Saturday morning, person on the phone was very up front about weekend charge of $49 which is still better than blowing a vacation day in February. Mike G the repair guy came out made the repairs showed me some adjustments that I can do my self. Everyone was professional and did a gretest job on a very cold day.

First gentleman came out to evaluate problem, could not do work (by low) setup appointment for job to be done by another man. Replaced garage door opener. First gentleman saw to it that I wouldn't be charged for his visit which I appreciated. Kevin who installed opener was very polite, efficient & helpful.

Joel was polite and knowledgeable and prompt. He us a pro!

I called the provider on New Years Eve day and told them I was having problems with my garage door and they said they could come out early Friday morning of 1/02/15 to fix it. I needed to call Joe Wilde company after 8:30 that Friday morning to learn what time a service man would be at my house and I was told before 10am. Vince the service man was at my door a few minutes after 9am. Vince knew what the problem was within seconds and my garage door was fixed within 5 minutes. Vince was very respectful and professional.

The team to install the door arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Within 1.5 hours, I had a new door! They were very professional and very nice. When the outside pad that opens the door did not work, they did everything to get it to work. But they said they couldn't do the job. They made a note to have it checked out. About three days later, I entered my garage door number just to make sure it wasn't operating, and VOILA! It worked! I had windows put in my new door, and I love them. The garage is much brighter and the outside of the door looks far better than it did before.

Joe Wilde company has serviced our garage door for several years with excellent experiences. This time was no different. Our cable system wasn't working because of a worn bearing. They came out the same day and fixed the problem while teaching us about why it happened. They had previously come out for the same problem in the previous month but it wasn't apparent that the bearing was worn at that time. So when they returned this time, they didn't charge for labor, only for the few parts that were needed--that is per their 30 day labor guarantee. ..Great experience.

Unlike other companies who said I needed to replace the whole door, Joe Wilde was willing to repair and service my existing door. I know I could probably do with replacing the whole system, but at this point, I wasn't ready to spend the time and money. I will definitely consider using Joe Wilde when I'm ready to replace the door. He was polite, honest, and a good worker.

The price quote was good and right on target. The installer was installing a metal garage door on a single car garage. The garage is from the 1920s and is uneven due to settling of concrete over the years. To be able to seal the door the installer had to install 2 2 by 4s and went out of his way to make the door seal. The door works and locks great.
