Victor was here on time, was very professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. He cleaned up everything when he was done!

Mike the repairman called in advance to say when he would arrive. He explained the problem and fixed it.

Mike met or exceeded my expectations. He arrived as promised, installed the new part and tested the door seal with close attention to detail.

The technician arrived on time, was friendly and completed the job in a timely manner.

Parked my car in my garage, closed the overhead door and heard a loud bang. One of the springs on my 16 foot garage door had snapped in the center. I called Joe Wilde's yesterday and today the door is repaired. My car was stuck inside as I could not manually lift the door. Mike got my car out and began work. He didn't have the large springs on his truck so someone delivered the correct springs to him while he removed both old springs. (I decided to have both springs replaced now as the unbroken one was 8 years old and on borrowed time.) Couple hours later not only were the springs replaced but for the first time since the door was installed eight years ago (by some other company) I can, on my own, a 5'4'' woman manually raise the door. Wonderful job! They went above & beyond making sure my garage was working properly and the sensors & were working. Also checked the sensitivity of my garage door opener. Making sure it would reverse if something was in the say.

Very informative at the store picking out the correct opener for a senior citizen lady. The installer was very helpful, timely and answered all the questions. Helpful in setting up the remote and outside opener.

Replaced a couple rollers and restrung the cable for the tensioner. Door now works fine

More than the details of what he did is that he obviously knew what he was doing because my garage door now works ....and BETTER that before!!!!! Thank you, Mike!!!!! I've used Joe Wilde in the past for general tune-ups at my former residence, so this was the first time I had to have parts replaced and I couldn't be more pleased. Rick was there when he said he would be, professional, courteous, and was done when he told me he would be. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me everything he would be doing. The cost actually turned out to be less than I expected. Overall excellent service and I will defintely continue to use Joe Wilde and highly recommend them!

Had a new opener installed. About 30-45 minutes into the job there is a loud knock on the door that leads from the garage into our house. I open the door to find the person installing the opener standing there with a blood pouring down his arm looking at me in distress. I run to get a beach towel for him to wrap his arm up in. When I hand it to him he tells me that he's going to need me to take him to the hospital. So, I rush to get my keys, wallet, phone, and lock up the house. I take him to the hospital and then call Joe Wilde Co to let them know what's going on and that they need to A) send someone to the hospital (because I'm not going to stay there) and B) send someone to my house. Another technician shows up to finish the job. He asks if I would like him to clean up the blood that the first guy left on my garage floor. I ask with what? He said with a mop, but it does not appear that he had one (and that I would have to provide it). I just said no as a mop was not going to clean up the mess. A power washer was needed. I had one and figured I would just do it myself after he left. When the job was done, he hands me a bill. Full price with no discount in regards to the circumstances. I question it and he said that he would have someone call me. They do and offer a minimal discount ($30..about 10%). I reluctantly accept as I really am not in the mood to have to negotiate a more appropriate discount, but am surprised at how unwilling they are to acknowledge that one of their customers needed to drive an injured worker of theirs (who left blood stains on the garage) to the hospital (and left a few blood stains inside the car.) Seems like a company that truly cares about it's customers would be more apologetic about the situation and offer to do the work free of labor charges. Apparently Joe Wilde is not one of these companies. So now, about 8 months later, on a Saturday and I'm having issues with my garage. Door will not open, goes up about a foot and stops. We pull the release and push it up by hand, but it's heavy and does not want to stay up. My wife's car is in the garage and she will need to get it out for work on Monday. I call the emergency line and tell them I want them to call me right back and that I would possibly like someone to come out on the weekend to fix it and pay the emergency prices (or tell me over the phone how I can keep my garage door up while my wife backs the car out). I get no call back until Monday morning (I see a message on my cell phone that they called my home phone). Some emergency system. Fortunately I know someone who had worked for a garage company for many years. It turned out to be a broken spring and he was able to put a temporary clamp on it and made some other adjustments so that the door would be at least operational for the time being. He stated that the broken spring was probably not the result of the installed opener unless the door was not properly balanced after installation. He also mentioned that the way that the garage door opener was installed was not "great work" . Joe Wilde used long braces to suspend the opener from the rafters of the garage. He said that they should have installed another cross board and then suspended the opener from that to make it more stable. I've had enough of Joe Wilde and will not be using them going forward.

Mike was on time, if not a few minutes early. We called the night before for emergency service, but to save $1, he came at 7:00 and we were done within an hour.

Called on a Thursday and repairman came out at 8:30 the next morning. Repair work was completed in an hour.

The experience was excellent from the day I walked into the showroom to completion of the garage door installation. It all started with my first visit to determine options. Proceeded to ordering a door the next day. The installation was scheduled on the day that best suited my schedule. Sales rep Ron Koralewski was very helpful, very thorough. Provided excellent information, reference materials and sample surfaces including color chips. No pressure. Ron had excellent product knowledge. Discussed pros nd cons of differnet options in relation to my needs. Mark, who came to measure the door and size up the installation requirements, handled his responsibilities well. Phoned ahead to make sure we were available. We also received a call the day before to confirm installation and timing. The installer, Kevin Jones, was very professional, very thorough, very personable. Arrived on time. Was very efficient. Very courteous.Arrived at the early edge of his communicated time range. Focused on the job to be done. Removed the old garage door and cleaned up all of the old parts and pieces. A toally turnkey installation. No hidden fees. No surprises. Would definitely use Joe Wilde Company and Kevin Jones again and would enthusiastically recommend them to others. Every aspect of this transaction was very well handled. I highly recommend the Joe Wilde Company.

He was very friendly and professional at the same time. We have used this company before. He explained everything that he did and why he was doing it so that we could understand. He even fixed the door cosmetically (which we did not expect) and fixed little side panel that was not from this accident. On the top of the invoice it said "technician: s" but he signed it MM He even wrote down the name of the door (because the manufacturer is out of business) and assured us that he would do his best to find a suitable replacement when needed. He warrantied his labor for 30 days.

Have use Joe Wilde Co. before for torsion spring repair and new garage door opener. VERY satisfied both times. This time I was in the market for a new garage door, saw them at the NARI show where they were offering a discount. I was contacted the following week and someone came to measure and talk to me about options. They mailed me a quote immediately. Then the following week it was set up to be done. The aluminum siding installer came out a few days before the door was to be installed, did a great job, but on the service door initially only did the outside of the frame. I called my salesman Chuck, and the installer came back the next day to add the aluminum to the inside of the door frame. We were very satisfied with the final project that included a nice caulk job. The following day, the installer for the door, Rick, called as he was on his way and showed up on time. He was very courteous of us personally, as well as our property. He worked hard to get the new door installed, overcoming a few challenges of our old garage. He was VERY meticulous of getting the job done right - I think he may have even been more of a perfectionist than we might have been :) He cleaned up nicely when he was done, and went over everything with us to make sure we were satisfied. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE JOE WILDE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM TO OUR FRIENDS!
