The man arrived on time, was here about 1 hour or less was very polite and all was working well when he left.

Came in to replace a garage door opener. We had 2 of them replaced throughout the years and they are always prompt, efficient, and professional. We also had them repair the springs on one of the garage doors, very well priced.

Overall, I was very pleased with their service, and the service man was very friendly and explained everything he was doing.

From time of contact to finish went very smooth. Everyone was knowledgeable, prompt and installer (Jason) did an awesome job! We are planning on getting measurements to replace two rear entry doors. They have quality products and craftsmen.

Great. We called Monday afternoon; man came first thing Tuesday. Our concern was remote access; he checked and made other adjustments as needed. Repairman did not waste any time and explained everything he was doing, showing me how to make future adjustments.

He was awesome! Even took time to show us how to program our car to open the opener!

They were able to get me scheduled for next day service when my garage door stopped working, arrived on time and installed the new operator.

Joe Wilde personnel tried to help me over the phone first when my garage door didn’t works so a technician came to the house, on time, very courteous and helpful. He replaced the sensor and oiled and check the whole garage door. He helped me within battery in my remote control and pitcher a hole in the ruffed weather stripping for so change. Great service and very nice technician.

It's refreshing when a company has enough integrity to turn away an easy $100 job when a simple piece of information over the phone can help a customer take care of it himself. The recent sub-zero temps broke one of the springs on my garage door, and mine wasn't the only set of "vintage" springs to fail. I called and scheduled a service call four days away. To me delight the next day I had a call that they had an appointment fall out, and I could get the job done that day if I had the time. I jumped at the chance. The technician arrived, assessed the situation, replaced both the broken (and with my agreement) the second spring (both dating back to the early 1980s), he lubricated what needed lubrication, and added an angle iron to support the rail system. The job was done promptly and efficiently and was about $20 under the over-the-phone estimate. The door was even more quiet. I'm a happy camper and would recommend them most enthusiastically.

I was very pleased with the work. I called during a snow storm for repair of a broken spring on my garage door. The man I spoke with said it would be 2 days before they could get over because of the heavy volume they were experiencing. He said they would call if they had any cancellations or could get me in sooner. Later that afternoon I received a call that they could come first thing in the morning. They were prompt, even a little earlier than I expected. The technician, John, was kind and efficient. He even made some adjustments to my garage door opener (installed by my husband) for better functionality. I would highly recommend the Joe Wilde Company.

This was for my daughter's house. I examined the door and could see the spring was broken. I called Wilde, and they were very nice a knowledgeable. Made an appointment for two days later and they showed up right on time and got the work done quickly. Fast, efficient and thorough. I have used Wilde in the past and would heartily recommend them.

Mike was very helpful and had much experience. Called to have them check our outside garage keypad that was not working consistently (we thought). Mike immediately instructed me on how the keypad would go off if lid was lifted too high and made some suggestions to put a stopper above it. Did not feel we needed to replace it as we thought! He then did the preventive maintenance and tightened the spring so the garage door would not fall on my car if the lift disengaged. Also put screws on the side of the doors to minimize the noise when door raised and then oiled up everything and checked things I don't understand (or want to). He also offered to program both my door openers to my car (has not worked on my BMW since 2011!) He did all this running back and forth to my car and garage in pouring rain! He was successful of course! He gets tripple AAA+ for his great service and going the extra mile. I highly recommend Joe Wilde. We have used them for years and they never disappoint! :)

The technician was courteous and friendly. He called when he was on his way to let me know and he got to work immediately upon arriving. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to replace the worn part immediately.

Thanks to their customer service, it was an easy DIY fix. Other companies may have sent a tech and charged for a relatively easy (but unknown) fix. I will definitely recommend Joe Wilde to others and use them in the future.

Jeff got our garage door open so I could get my car out for work (the spring had broken and we were unable to get the door up by ourselves). Mike replaced the right and left spring with a heavier-duty spring. Mike offered some security tips, which were much appreciated. Always called before arriving, and even called a day prior when there was an opening, but I was unfortunately not home to take advantage of an earlier service call. We've used Joe Wilde Company in the past - a new garage door opener - and have always been VERY satisfied with the service provided, the courtesy, the clean up, and the professionalism. I will always call Joe Wilde Company first for any needed repairs. I trust them.

When I initially called, the representative was INCREDIBLY helpful, even spent a good 10 minutes diagnosing things over the phone to see if we could avoid a service call altogether. After trying everything, we scheduled a call and a technician came out. Only thing I didn't like, maybe it was because we were a small job, but there was not a "scheduled time" - I was instructed to call them the day of service to get a window of when the service representative would arrive. He ended up calling around 4pm on the day of scheduled service and arrived at our house within 20 minutes. VERY punctual. I'm just the type of person who likes to get a time or window when I schedule service. But that WOULD NOT deter me from using this company again. That's just me being picky and throwing in my two cents. Replaced a faulty light socket in the garage door unit, and gave me some useful tips on how to replace the garage door trim on my own to keep the elements out of our garage.

They were here in May of this year. I have used them three or four times for that kind of work and they've always been exceptional. They do good work.

I called for service. They called back in about 15 minutes. Mike showed up within 45 minutes and knew what to do to repair the door that had several rollers off and was at night . Part of door was resting on my car in garage. High price but was on a Saturday at 6:00.

We are extremely pleased with the job that Joe Wilde did installing a new garage door opener for us. They were here when they said they would be, were very professional and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The removed and disposed of the old opener. We would definitely recommend them.
