Mike (I think, I'm bad remembering names :-) ) He was on time. He explained what he was doing. He put the first pair of springs on and he said they worked but he didn't feel comfortable using those springs. He said he had to crank them a little to much. So he put on two other springs. Then he explained why he put the other ones on and we tested the door thoroughly! He made sure I was completely satisfied with the installation and operation of the door. Then his last comment was "Now I will sleep better at night knowing we use the bigger springs". Which tells me he wasn't just trying to complete the job, he actually cares about his work. He could have just left the original new ones on, but because he didn't feel comfortable using them, he did the right thing. ,Very good experience! I gave Mike a glass of water and I tried to get the $100. water discount, but he didn't go for that. :-)

Excellent. I got a belt drive model that is super quiet with internet connectivity. Love it!

Service technician called prior to his arrival. Was polite and helpful. Explained step by step of what he would do and how long it would take and provided advice for continued operation. Refit the weather strip and did not replace any parts and it is whisper quiet now.

Mike was on time-very helpful and corrected the garage door.

Service tech came within 2 hour window given. Called ahead of his arrival. He replaced the garage door springs quickly and efficiently, cleaned up all debris and inspected all aspects of door, adjusted and lubricated.

Technician "S" was very nice, seemed knowledgeable, didn't leave a mess. I thought the pricing was fair and he also explained to me what he did. I'd definitely use this service again & refer them to others.

He was phenomenal. We had a lot of questions and he answered them. He recommended that we replace the springs which was a good recommendation because we hadn't had them done in so long.

The worker arrived on time, took his time to get the door to open & close properly. He showed me how to use the door lock, screen and how to keep it open. He was professional, kind & cleaned up after himself.

Technician Mike arrived a little earlier than scheduled. He listened to what I wanted him to look at. He then proceeded to correct the problems and explained what he was doing. The small door would close and then sometimes bounce up. The sensitivity setting on the door opener was adjusted and Mike told me how to adjust it if it happens in the future. The torsion bars were out of adjustment and they were corrected so the doors "balanced". Also, the doors raised too far when opened and that was also corrected, Mike noting to me the height where they should stop. Gave me tips on ordering the weather stripping and recommended filling in the gap in the concrete floor. Very satisfied with the service provided.

They 1st tried to make repairs and when that wasn’t feasible we decided to replace the unit. They explained everything that was needed and why. I was completely satisfied with the results.

Took only a few minutes to make the adjustment and test the closing of the door. He will also get back to me about putting and extra chain on top of top to make sure the wind doesn't catch it and damage it. WIlde was great to work with from Chris (salesman) to the installers and the other service man who make the adjustment to the storm door. They also installed a new garage door opener for me at the same time they had installed the new door. Would for sure deal with them again!!!

Mike was on time - pleasant & explained the problem with the garage door. 2nd time changed $7. 00 because I was within a 30 day maintenance fee. Change to the replacement of the roller $7. 00. First repair was $96. 50.

Mike was on time, called before he came with an estimate of arrival time. I had received an approximate price quote from scheduler. Mike was very, professional and competent. Completed repair relatively quickly and answered all my questions thoroughly.

I called Joe Wilde Co. on Wednesday and they scheduled a technician to come out 2 days later. He showed up very promptly - at the very beginning of the 2 hour time window they gave me - and completed the work quickly. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely call this company again.

After replacing the broken spring, it was determined that the springs on the other side needed to be replaced as well as the door would not raise with the older and weaker springs on the other side. After replacing the springs the door worked but the Tech also showed me how bad the pulleys were after 15 years of use. Once the work was complete to my satisfaction, the Tech lubricated all of the hinge points, waxed the weather strips and made adjustments to the opener to ensure proper up and down pressure. I couldn't be happier as the door works better than it ever has in the past. The Tech was friendly and explained everything he was doing.
