Mike, the technician, responded quickly to our request. Because a spring on our garage door was broken, we could not get our cars out of the garage. My wife had an urgent doctor's appointment at 2:00 pm. We called Joe Wilde Company at 8:30 am. Mike was here at 11:30 and finished by 12:45, which enabled us to make my wife's appointment. Excellent service professionally delivered!

Representative was able to evaluate over the phone what the problem probably was and provide a verbal estimate. Was available earlier in the day than anticipated but made a phone call before hand to verify that would work for us. Clear and concise in explaining what had happened, pointed out a couple other possible issues that we are able to prevent ourselves.

Call the office, made the appointment to the next day. They arrived on time and did a great job.

Mike at Joe Wilde Company, Inc. was friendly and knowledgeable. We were told by another company our garage doors couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced. Mike replaced them quickly. Highly recommend.

They did very well. They had a little bit going for them in that the number of the company was on our garage door which [09:13] but the garage door was installed back in the late 1990's or mid 1990's, so that's why I called them also I saw that they were on your list. They came out the same day, did the work that was necessary with very little fuss or bother, just went about it and did it very well and got everything working again and charged what we consider to be a very reasonable price.

Called and said he was on his way. Upon arrival explain what he was going to do. Did what he said he was going to do. Installed new springs and adjust the door height explained everything He did. Lubricated the garage door. Cleaned up work area. Very courteous very nice gentleman. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Tech called before arrival to give me time Hewoul arrive was on time. Checked my door and told me what the problem was an estimate of repair and told me it would be 2 hour job. He was right on for repair and price.

Very well. Cable was broken (rusted). Service rep was pro-active and replaced the other as well. Also replaced a worn roller and moved "eyes" to more logical position. Gave the whole system a general check, made necessary adjustments.

Excellent. The repairman was on time. Worked efficiently, described repair options and completed his work in a timely manner.

From the first contact to the final installation was excellent. Very nice company to deal with. Installer Rick was very professional and did a great job installing new opener and explaining its operation. I will be calling them again for any garage door needs.

Technician was able to arrive early and called for approval. Inspected door explained needed service, answered questions and performed work. In addition he performed maintenance to door and opener and explained now to performed (and when) maintenance to improve performance and prolong life of the equipment.

Very knowledgeable technician described all his conclusions and repairs, & gave additional recommendations of maintaining its operation. VERY courteous and focused, getting the job done under an hour. Fee was well worth it. Have used this company in the past for other repairs. Highly recommended. The spring and cables on our garage door broke and I was unable to open the door to get my car out. I called Joe Wilde Co. at approximately 11am to see if they could come out same day to fix it. They didn't have anyone available until the next afternoon so we scheduled it. Less than a half hour later, they called back saying they had a cancellation and they could send someone out that afternoon. The tech came and replaced the spring and cable and also greased the rollers and opener track. He also adjusted the limits on the opener. The work was great and the tech was vary thorough and professional.
