Based on our experience we highly recommend them. The job started on time, they finished on time, they were very careful in preserving the yard and the quality of work was outstanding. My experience was 100% positive.

Perfectly; the new patio has added value to our home and to our own personal enjoyment. Nice, professional crew was attentive to our concerns and produced a great final product that beat our expectations.

Came out and provided lots of recommendations on how to improve the health of our trees. Scheduled for a couple of weeks out but was able to do the job within a week, far earlier than anticipated. They did a great job cleaning up any branches and limbs trimmed.

Installation was quick and painless, overall it took about 6 hours for everything. Very pleased with cleanup and professionalism.

The ILS team was fantastic from quote to finish. Dave was very friendly, he was up front about potential cost concerns and mentioned options to make things more economical (i.e. bundling some services together to avoid paying multiple fees). The team that came out to perform the work was professional, extremely thorough, and left the site totally clean. We reached out to multiple other landscape services, and those that did bother to even get back to us were more concerned about themselves than the customer. Not so with ILS - their customer service was far beyond anything the other services were offering. Very happy with Dave & team and would hire again for future projects.

It is nice to work with someone who is so efficient and has the staff and crew to assist him in his projects. No subcontracting. Dave from Integrity Landscape Services came out twice to patiently discuss all of our options. Everything was done as they described and on schedule, with a knowledgeable, friendly crew. The lawn has reseeded after the patio .

We would like to thank Integrity Landscaping Services, LLC. for their work in our backyard. Our property has a lot of water coming from the homes behind us and to the north of us. Integrity’s owner, David, and his staff worked with us to create a water drainage system that includes swales, catch basins, drain tiles, retaining wall, fence, patio, and new sod. They provided two ways in which water can be routed around our house without having water run on the driveway or sidewalk. Integrity Landscaping Services, LLC. was prompt and on time each day. They cleaned up everything before they went home each night. They were able to complete the project in the time frame quoted. They also were able to adapt to changing plans as the project progressed. A large crew turned out that day and were done by the end of the day. They did an excellent job and the result turned out beautifully. This was a 100% positive experience. Steve and Ryan were great guys to work with. They came by during that day to check on the job. That doesn't often happen in my experience so this was much appreciated and it shows to the customer that they care about their business and the work that they are doing. Thank you again!

It went great. They showed up when they said, did the work and cleaned up all in 2 days. They sent a large work crew so that the patio could be finished in 2 days; work crew was friendly and professional. They did a great job. They laid down sheets of plywood on the grass so their equipment would not leave tracks in the grass. Stone was delivered and dumped in our driveway and the workers hauled it to the back with wheel barrels. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely hire again.

They showed up in the morning and got straight to work. We could not be home for the entire day, but what we did see, they were constantly on the move. The trees were taken down in no time. It was clear that they had done this numerous times before. The job was done when we got home. Everything was cleaned up and looked as it did before they got there. The mulch that was around the trees before they started the job looked as if it had never been disturbed. The trees that were planted look healthy and are wonderful - a flowering crab and magnolia. They did a fantastic job!

Integrity Landscape Services was phenomenal from start to finish! Dave and Ryan were able to meet me at home to quickly to describe the proposal. They offered many options and were able to easily understand what I was looking to do. They did a nice job explaining options to a novice. After easily deciding that Integrity was the way to go I visited their office to review a possible contract. The office team was efficient, attentive, and professional. I felt at home the moment I walked in. I felt good about committing to the project and a timeframe was set. Work began at the earlier side of what was promised. Katie and Danielle in the office were the epitome of terrific administrative support. They had quick response times, followed up on all questions, and really seemed to value me as a customer. That never happens! I was absolutely amazed that my entire project was finished in just two days!!!! After arriving home from work to see the professional crew I understood more about how that was possible. There were multiple skilled laborers who worked great as a team and took great care of my yard. I have to admit I spied a bit from the window but they always remained caring and professional to my property. When the work was finished I couldn't have been more amazed. Now I want to figure out what next year's project might be because this is the company to choose!

Dave and his partner turned a detailed, itemized estimate around just a day or so after visiting my home in the bitter cold of February. Their team followed up with me repeatedly as I tried in vain to get a couple other bids. Exasperated with the other companies I dealt with (who wasted my time and money), I called Dave back to the house to walk through this proposal. Dave and his assistant went line by line working with me to shave costs here and there without sacrificing quality. He was upfront about what needed to be done and what didn't. When I asked if he could complete the job by Memorial Day Weekend, he moved things around to do so. That said, he won't commit to something he can't do. At least five trucks and eleven guys showed up to complete 90% of the job in a single day. My neighbors called it "shock and awe." The transformation is remarkable. All the while, Dave and his team were in constant contact to tell me who'd be where when and sent me detailed info about caring for my investment. They were eager to help me with details I thought of after the fact including swapping out a couple plants, and they're very consistent about putting everything in writing. Nothing is "thrown in" with this company, but you'll get every penny's worth. Integrity is the most impressive home service company I've ever worked with. I'll gladly use them again and refer them to family, friends, and neighbors.

It was great! The entire process was simple and easy. They came to our house and gave a quote. They provided us with plenty of options and designs for the new patio. It was a smaller job and they were able to complete the entire thing in a day. I left in the morning for work and when I came home there was a gorgeous patio installed. No hassle and they provided us with plenty of communication throughout the process. Will be sure to use them again and recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors!

The project was done in 2 parts. The first part was done last fall and it went perfectly. The results were exactly as we expected. We had grading done on one side of our house. The front of our house is on a hill and there they fixed the erosion with large lannon rocks and then planted shrubs & plants along with edging, fabric, and decorative stone. The same thing was done in a small section alongside our driveway. They did ask me to pay $100 extra because I didn't clean out an area good enough...I disagreed, respectfully, but still paid. I was still confident that we would continue working with them to finish our yard. This spring, we had them complete the project which included more grading on the backside of the house along with the same kind of tree removal/erosion/plants/decorative stone installation that was done in the fall. We also had received a decorative address rock as a gift that I asked them to install. Everything with this portion of the project again went really well, except for the address rock. When all was said and done, my wife and I weren't satisfied with where it ended up. Yes, they asked my opinion and yes, my wife and I had discussed it. Trying to visualize the end result during the planning stage was quite difficult and when they asked me again at the house while they were doing it, it seemed fine. But that was looking at it from the backside with 10 workers staring at you. Up until this point, I agreed with 100% of their professional opinion and loved their work, so I just kind of ran with their idea. I do realize that wasn't the best idea now. After my wife and I spent some time looking at it and coming up with a different solution, I reached out to them to have it changed. Here is where my complaints come in... I told them how much we liked all of their other work and I also thanked them for going above and beyond (they planted some grass where they graded and added dirt/grass in the front to help erosion around a tree, which was not part of the proposal). I even took some responsibility for the address rock. I felt sheepish about that whole thing, but when you are spending this kind of money I think I have the right to be picky. I was very thorough and very clear in this email about everything and made sure to let them know how grateful I was for their other work. I received a very condescending email response about the whole thing, basically lecturing me about the work they did and how it was all my fault. I had never blamed them and even put that in my original email. I got a phone call on a Sunday night about it too, I really felt like I was being put on blast over this. Eventually, he came back out to meet with me and was much more professional in person and we solidified the change. We never discussed pricing but I guess I assumed that after $14000 they wouldn't charge me to move 3-4 stones and replant some grass. I was wrong as they charged me another $850. I didn't question it because after seeing how they responded I had a feeling that it would be a huge battle and they probably wouldn't do the work unless I paid. They came back out and made the change it looks great. Overall, the quality of work is excellent. They were always here when they said they would and finished each portion of the project within a day. They went above and beyond in some aspects for a "returning customer". I am very satisfied with the end result and while our yard is finished and I have no plans to have anymore work done, I would consider hiring them again. I rate them slightly lower because I do feel their pricing is kind of high, their response to my situation was not very pleasant or professional initially, and they wlll look to charge you for as much as they can. As we found out, one small change cost us $850.

I contacted Integrity Landscaping Services to request a quote for soil grading and other landscaping services. They were only able to schedule an appointment for me a month later. I accepted the appointment, took time off work, and was ready for the appointment the day of. A half hour before the appointment, they contacted me to cancel the appointment. They were unwilling to work late or find an arrangement to make it possible for them to keep their appointment date. Instead, they would have required me to take time off work on another day, with the hopes that maybe they wouldn't cancel last-minute if I scheduled with them again. In the end, "Integrity" in their name seems to be a joke. I wouldn't recommend going with them unless you're willing to waste some time. "Update: The owner emailed me later that evening and apologized, explaining that their crew had gotten caught in unexpected rain that had hit Pewaukee, a half hour away from my location. It would have been dry in my location during the scheduled appointment, but I can comprehend how the rain affected their work. The owner offered followup times, including Saturday, to make up for the missed appointment. I appreciate the apology and the offer of a makeup time. Based on recent reviews and the frustration of them taking a month to be able to provide an estimate and then cancelling the appointment in the way that they did, I will still opt not to use them. I encourage Integrity to figure out a different method of providing estimates. It shouldn't take a month to schedule a 10 minute analysis of a potential job, and in situations where they do cancel because of weather, they should be more quick to offer a convenient makeup time for the customer. As for my original review, I would like to apologize for my sarcastic remark about the name 'Integrity'.

Very fast service but did not solve the water intrusion problem. Additional quoted services to repair high water volume coming into crock were also incorrect. Completed work did look good but that wasn't the reason for service.

The cost was over $12,000. I've read some of their rebuttals online, and they are very harsh. They never take responsibility. They are going to go crazy. Instead of addressing issues, they come back with very derogatory and negative comments about the purchase, and they'll do that here as well. The office staff was great to work with, but basically what they did was, it was a very large job and they brought a very large crew. I had a lot of grass planted, and I saw the weather too. The weather that night was supposed to be torrential rain and so forth and so on. They got everything done, but I did not have an opportunity to meet with the supervisor because it was a very long job. The supervisor was there for the first hour or two and then he was gone. His crew member, who was very nice said that they needed to have a payment that that night. I stated I'd like to meet with the manager just to go over everything, they said no that they needed payment that night. I was going on a trip out of the country. Basically there was a lot that happened, but the grass seeds for the most part 25-25% washed away, so it didn't do what it was supposed to do. I was not happy with some of the work that was done. The manager came out when I returned back from out of the country, it was about a week later. He said that they'll make alterations, but I would have to pay for it, which I thought was totally outrageous for the amount I had already paid for. The quality of the work was excellent, but the customer service aspect when there was issues, would have been an "F". The work they did was fine, but there were issues with the work that they would not address without compensation. I didn't think it was fair. They called back right away, but they didn't do what I requested them to do. Their responsiveness in terms of getting back to me was fine, but they had every excuse in the world on why I had to pay for it. I wouldn't use them in a million years. I never complain. I'm in the service business myself. If I'm not happy with something, I just go away. I don't write reviews, I don't do that because I never want to damage anyone's reputation. I look out in my yard everyday, and everyday I see what they didn't do. They refused to take care of it. This is not something that just goes away with me. I mean I look at it everyday and they screwed it up. This is an everyday thing. They just didn't stand behind what they did. I did not have an opportunity to meet with the supervisor before payment was made. I was told by the work crew that everything would be taken care of, everything I need. They took care of nothing, because they had my money. They were like we'll fix this and that, but I would have to pay for it, and it's just not right. I would never ever use them again. As far as I'm concern it's a bad memory and I look at it everyday.

Pretty good, they tend to be very expensive, but come with a large crew and get it finished within in one day which is worth it. They did charge us an extra 250$ and I challenged that and we came to an agreement of giving 50% of it back. They are the cheapest good quality and get the job done faster than any other company I have seen.

This is our third time using Integrity Landscaping and they always do a great job. They really add to our home's curb appeal. They're easy to work with and professional. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping needs you have.

This project went just as planned. Damage to the rest of yard during removal and replacement was avoided. All interactions were professional, just as past interactions that I have experienced with Integrity.

Awesome. They were punctual, professional, and did fantastic work. They added much needed soil to gardens, planted new perennials and bushes, and added fresh bark. They provided a free landsccape plan for our gardens, added brick around all gardens, and built a beautiful brick patio too. My husband and I were so pleased with their attention to details. There were several friendly and hardworking employees with Steve. They worked from 8:00 am to 5;00pm and finished what we thought would take a week in only two days. They cleaned up as if they had never been here. We've had so many compliments. Thank you to Steve and staff!

They helped us regrade property due to slope to house. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were very timely and neat. It has been 100% successful. Thank you for doing such a great job on such a big project. Price was very acceptable as we had several bids.
